Haven’t been to East Sides in a couple months , but tonight we revisited the Bowmanville location for dinner. We opted for... the dining room for better service than our previous visit. We were not disappointed. Lucy outdid herself tonight , making surewe had everything we needed. They don’t make service people like her anymore. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to do a google review. The service was beyond expectation. I called in advance... and explained my unique situation. A server named Lucy was so accommodating. She said “no problem just ask for me and I willmake sure they are in my section”. She kept her word and absolutely made my daughters birthday the best. Not only did theyaccommodate my daughter and friends they also kept track of one of the friends gluten allergy. They even had a gluten free menu.So thank you very much to all the severs and especially Lucy. Server was Paige. Came here tonight and despite the fact the place was slammed busy the service was incredibly on point as well... as the food and the wait time was minimal VERY QUICK. We were frequently checked on by our server who was probably one of thebest servers I’ve had at any restaurant in my life. The food including soup, salad, bread and meals could not have been anymore perfectly timed and were all very good. I do not hand out positive reviews unless well merited. This place has beenconsistent the last five times we have been there. To the owners be proud of how this place runs and know you have some greatstaff as well. I felt compelled to write this review because as of lately I’ve been to a lot of places that have been lackingon all fronts. P.S. For an extremely busy saturday night, the service was amazing!! Not a long wait at all, was seated and our server, Lucy, had our... drink order taken right away and bread/salad brought out immediately. Lucy was very good with having the salads and breadconstantly coming (even if she was busy) Best waitress at this location!!! Read more
