Terrible experience, so many people working but nothing was getting done. Considering so many stores are short staffed, it was... surprising to see this location with too many staff for the space. Everyone was tripping over each other. The atmosphere wasabsolutely awful, there were some teenagers not eating, just loitering which would have been fine. But they were being so loud,disruptive and causing damage to tables. One of the staff seemed very friendly with them, they kept asking him to get them freefood. It was strange that this staff member had so much time to keep coming and hanging out with the disruptive teens. I endedup saying something to them and they were super rude. I went to the counter to speak with a supervisor or manager. The managerdidn't really understand what I was explaining. It was such a let down, I had worked all day for 10hrs and just wanted to grab aquick bite before our 1hr commute home. Read more
Food quality is low. Prices are high. Service is poor. When the location manager is smoking right outside the door by the sign... that says no smoking within 9 meters, that's how you know this place has issues. Read more
Cold, nasty, DRY! Wait time is forever. Can?t even get what I want when I want it. If I?m paying for something I expect it to be... good, enjoyable and I don?t wanna wait for forever for something that I?m paying for. Decent place that I'd stop at usually during my night shift nearby. Sometimes it can be busy but it depends on what time of the... day you're going there. I've been here several times and haven't really had a bad experience yet, but I've only been through thedrive thru. One time an employee just gave me a free iced coffee when I was picking up one to stay awake for my overnight shiftwhich was thoughtful. Makes me want to keep going there. Overall, I also like the McDonald's app and points collection more thanthe Tim Hortons app. It's nice to get lots of points when I buy more stuff rather than just 10 points every time, which us whathappens at Tim's regardless of how much stuff I buy. Always slow. Waited in store 16 minutes for 2 cones today. Nothing unpleasant to say about interactions with the staff. You... could feel the frustration with the large group of people inside waiting 10+ minutes for fast food. Read more
This McDonald's is perhaps one of the most consistent of McDonald's restaurants that I have ever been to. I regularly visit for... breakfast on the weekend and the quality of my McDonald's has always been top notch. Even on the rare occasion that there is aminor issue it is resolved by the staff quickly. I typically dine in but I have also been through the drive through many times. I find their drive through service is quick and accurate. This is also the McDonald's location where I've had the least amountof errors made with my coffee order. You wouldn't think it was a challenge to get a 1 cream coffee order correct but you'd besurprised. If I had a minor gripe that would be that the self checkout printer never has any paper and if I am not payingattention to the screen I miss my order number. No big deal though. Great McDonald's. This is the worst mcdonalds Ive ever been to. Went into the right drive through lane as there was only one car in front of me.... Literally 12 cars went through in the other lane before anyone even asked for my order. While ordering they seemed like theyweren't listening and Id have to repeat everything 5 times. This location is just the worst. They park you for the simplestorders and there is ALWAYS something wrong (in the picture no onion strings and a disgusting amount of sauce, thats just thistime). When the employee brought out the food he asked me to check so I did a quick check, all the burgers and fries were inthere (this time) but now its to the point where you have to start actually checking your burgers. I'm not one to complain ifsomething happens once in a while but this mcdonalds has been terrible since I moved here 5 years ago so I am not goingback. Go to burger king across the street, its super fast and they rarely screw up. Read more
You could tell the evening shift was just trying to get drive through times. We asked for a tray for our drinks and they gave us... a funny look then they messed up our order and left out fries. We asked the very polite runner to fix this and we got our orderfixed soon after. Although it is fast food I would prefer they take more time in confirming items in orders instead of trying toget low times since mess ups just make things take longer and it defeats the purpose.
