Absolutely love bringing my wife to this place as they have so many options to meet her gluten free diet. Everyone is super friendly and the keto pumpkin cake is to die for! If you?re looking for a keto cake that actually tastes like... a real cake and has the texture of a real cake look no further! Paleo pizza, bliss bar at the top and salted walnut brownie at the bottom. All so amazing! It is pricey but its all made with... trusted, top quality ingredients! The pizza was received nice and hot. I expected more toppings but it was still delicious! Itried it with sweet potato, chicken, spinach and mushrooms! Don't knock it until you try it! Also their desserts are so goodtoo! Update - I've been enjoying the pizza, meals to go, coffee and the baked goods - pumpkin cake, brownies and lemon cookies to be... specific. I just tried the meal prep service and was blown away. Home made chicken fingers and a variety of roasted vegetableswere absolutely phenomenal. I highly suggest giving it a try! Thanks again to the owner and staff for their awesome service :)! I discovered this place through a co-worker maybe a few months ago now and am extremely grateful that I did. Having theability to eat healthy food that also tastes amazing is such a nice treat and is not something I do very well for myself. Thebaked goods are so delicious and healthy I had to bring my Mom out to try them out with a coffee. Great vibes in the store andvery friendly staff. The absolute highlight of my day and reason for writing this review - I tried their pizza after seeing theingredients and was thrilled to learn there is now a guilt-free way of eating pizza - of all things! The staff and owner here are so lovely!!! Extremely knowledgeable about products and ingredients. Such a cute cozy spot in... downtown bowmanville. The brownies are to DIE for. Absolutely loved my experience and everything I ate. They carry collagen andnatural supplements as well from amazing brands. Cute decor, extremely clean and accessible street parking!! Nice place, very friendly staff and the food is ok, but nothing to write home about. I have ordered a few things on their menu,... including the egg on a bagel, and the majority of it was pretty bland. I think adding sun-dried tomatoes, a pesto spread or justsome spices in general would amp up the flavour of their dishes ???? Read more
