Been coming to osmows for years now always have great tasting meals. Tonight however was a different story. First we tried to... call to order ahead and we?re put on hold, we sat on hold for a while before deciding to just go into the restaurant toorder. When I went inside to order I could tell they were very busy. I then was called to order my food where I had to repeatmyself multiple times given this I had confirmed my order, When I was given my order I had received one meal that was a smallersize than I ordered I also received tomatoes on my meal. I did not even mention this. I understand all businesses have theirbusy nights but when my husband went in to try to fix the mistake they argued saying I got exactly what I ordered. Ordered a chicken shawarma platter, no fries (said at least 5 times). Received beef, fries, some weird excuse for garlic sauce. ... And had to pay extra for pitas. All put together in the most unappetizing mess of a platter. Will not be returning. Read more

Less than one star! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK ETHICS!! It wasn?t busy when I placed my order in person and somehow three orders... after mine were made and received first. I continued to wait for another 7 minutes without an apology for the delay. It getsworse, when I brought my order home (9 km away) they forgot a side order of my shawarma combo. So I called to let them know,they wrote down my name & phone number to pick up my missing side dish next time. So the other day, I went in and told sameemployee of what they left out from my order last time and he refused due to them not finding my name & number because theyneglected to contain my info. Again, not my screw up but theirs twice now. Wasted my time, travel and fuel!! Theymanipulatively gained extra money from me for food I never received. This location needs professional training and propercustomer care. From all their bad reviews in the past they continue to fail and disappoint paying customers!! Social media andword of mouth is powerful for their awful handling of their business. Poor service and poor management equals loss of futurebusiness from me, my staff, friends and family. Read more

Ordered some catering over the weekend from this Osmow's location and it was a great experience overall! The food was delicious... and fresh and more than adequate portion wise for the group; the service was fantastic! Shout out to server Pranav and his crewfor everything. Unfortunately almost every time I order something from here it ends up being wrong or broken. In this photo, my wrap was severed... down the whole side and I was only able to eat half of it before it completely burst apart. I also ordered chicken shawarmainstead of beef. So unfortunately I?m going to leave another review of this restaurant. My first dish there was fantastic (despite my mention for... being veggies in an earlier review). I decided that since my first platter was so delicious that I?d order Osmow?s for the wholefamily on New Years Day. Big Mistake! First off, the phone goes to the answering machine all the time and the machine isn?t evenset up. Secondly, my order was butchered! That gray chicken in the pic below was supposed to be my chicken shawarma platter withtahini and garlic sauce, however I didn?t get tahini or garlic sauce, I got some sort of butter/pungent sauce and powdery spicethat was inedible. The chicken was so dried out that there were several parts that couldn?t be eaten. Then they also forgot thetwo sides I ordered of, grilled veggies and rice. My family member found not one, not two, but three chunks of bone in his dish,and my grandmother?s dish didn?t have the extra gravy like asked. Some might question if the restaurant was busy, but theyweren?t, we went in to pick it up and the restaurant was quite quiet. I definitely would not/will not recommend Osmow?sBowmanville after this most recent experience and I definitely will never order from there again. $70 down the drain. Read more
