We ordered the Hawaiian pizza as well as the Chicken Ceasar pizza (pictured) last week and they were both delicious.
I am very annoyed. I order Pizza Hut a lot. Today I ordered online and it wouldn?t allow me to input 1/2 and 1/2. As soon I... placed the order I attempted to call the store to catch it before they put it in the oven. Not once did the girl on the phonesay that she wasnt at the location I was placing my order. It was only after she ?couldn?t change anything, because it wasprepaid? did they tell me they were a call Centre. I was here November 30 @ 9PM and I was served by a young man with amazing customer service!! He was so personable and upgraded... my personal pizza to a small because they ran out.. he was very cheerful and it?s just so nice to see that level of customerservice. Food was hot and fresh as well. Exactly as you?d expect from a Pizza Hut. But his service made my night so thank you! Read more
I always order pizza in this branch and treated nicely except today. I ordered over the phone and the lady on the other line was... very rude! I gave my whole address and was about to end it with my postal code. She bluntly said I don?t need that and thatdoesn?t help me. And the tone is just irritating! Not worth it for your money, better to get pizza from a different place. The large chicken pizza we ordered only had 3 pieces of... chicken slices on 3 slices (as per the image) and the other ingredients weren't even spread evenly. Even the vegetarian pizzawas wayy overcooked and burnt. Never ordering from here again. Read more
It's been years since I visited a pizza hut. There is a lot of competition in Bowmanville for Pizza business as in most towns... and the winners need to stand out. This one is average .
