I mean this with the most utter seriousness, I?ve never been to place that has consistently ignorant and rude employees. I... thought it was maybe I was doing something wrong but NOPE! I would leave zero stars if I could. Each Pizza slice was inconsistent with toppings and how cooked it was. Veggies on Top of... Pizza was so rotted I had to throw it away or risk food poisoning. Butter chicken sauce smell and taste Very bad, The Pizzabase Looks like old dead chicken skin, so I stayed away should have just stayed away from this place altogether. Awful. Just picked up my pizza and maybe I'm wrong for assuming they would make it right but I come home to not what I ordered. Won't... be visiting again and honestly done with this franchise cause they always screw up. Read more
I dont write reviews, but was no happy with my experience enough to express. I had wanted a few slices for a few different folks... to go. I did the walk-in option to this location. I inquire how long the pizza slices were on the shelf. 3 out of the 6 were notgreat looking. The one type looked really old. I asked if I could have that one particular with some new cheese sprinkled on thetop as it appeared to be dry. So this would be more enjoyable to eat. I was told that it would cost an extra?! I asked how longit was in the display. No managment had walked over to assiant me and the front floor boy had to walk back and forth to inquireas I was asking. There was no line and one other man waiting for his pizza infront of me. With this I expresa poor customerservice and you missed out on five slices. I told the boy to let the team lead know. Unfortionatly I work for the BowmanvilleHospital and will be expressing this to my staff. Dissapointed in this location and I wont be back, they also let down theothers who wanted to eat here. I guess this store would rather throw away the supply rather then fill a simple request to makethe customers happy. Read more
This is a very competitive area for Pizzas. They do make a good thin slice at this location and I do enjoy their wings and... garlic bread. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our localrestaurants. Read more
When we showed up all lights were on, open sign was on, no employees to be found and doors were locked. So we knocked on doors... and windows. An employee came about 5 minutes after we knocked and was rude and told us to be ?patient?. We apologized but we?reconfused if the store was open (it?s open until 2am). We ordered then the employee proceeded to stare at us while the pizza wasbeing heated, made me a little uncomfortable. And the pizza was horrible, was definitely sitting there all day. Read more
