May 2021 was my first enjoyable reassuring conversation I had with Siva. COVID had delayed my wedding and I was the bride in... tears. Siva came with great management skills, a great personality and human side that provided comfort. She was easy to reachand answered my calls or e-mails within a very reasonable time period. She even answered my calls while she was on her familyvacation. She strives to ensure the day is stress-free for the bride and groom. The day will always have stress, but shedefinitely made it easier to navigate. She is well organized, keeping everyone on time. From walking down the isle, speeches,dinner and cutting the cake. My guests expressed how amazing she was. She checked in throughout the evening making sure wewere good and inquiring if we have any special requests. When I arrived at the venue, I was absolutely amazed by the beautifullandscape. Everything was lush and in perfect harmony with our day. Siva and her staff were very professional during ourReception and everything went without a flaw. The dinner came in at the right time and all our courses were planned properly,perfectly integrated with all other planned activities (speeches, games, etc.). I have met Siva in early 2021 when my Fiancé and I were planning our wedding, after our initial date had to be changed due to... COVID restrictions. Although we had a house in Courtice for a couple of years, just 20 minutes away from the venue, we did notknow about its existence and in one of our weekend outings we stumbled across this beautiful, full of charm wedding venue. Whenwe looked at the property from the street and later online, we quickly realized this venue has an amazing potential and it couldbe the dream venue that both of us were looking for. So, we contacted Siva and worked out all the details for our big event.Having the date already postponed by more than one year, we found great understanding from Siva, who allowed us to move thewedding from June 2021 to August 2022. We found Siva extremely good at what she was doing. She kept us informed every step ofthe way throughout the entire wait period. We absolutely loved the fact that she and her staff offered to look after the entireprocess, being our wedding planner. That definitely saved us a lot of time and allowed us to focus on many other things. We metwith Siva a few times before the wedding day to make sure everything was planned properly. She assured us that all will lookwonderful on our wedding day and boy, how right was she? The wedding day came and when I got there with my party, everything wasready to go. The venue looked immaculate, just the way any Groom & Bride would ever want. There was NOTHING for me or my Men todo. Just wait for our guests and enjoy the Big Day. Siva was on top of everything. She and her staff went above and beyondmaking sure we do not have to lift a finger. The outdoor Gazebo by the Pond was perfectly dressed for the occasion, the groundswere well manicured and the Reception area was beautifully organized. Not a single detail was left out. Lovely venue. Rustic and attractive. Beautiful actually. Could use some seasonal colors to make the landscape prettier. Lots... of potential . Lights out promptly at 1 a.m. Not sure if this place allows users to bring in there own catering or kitchenstaff: that would be nice. If so I would recommend that. Cocktail was good. Bar service was good. The meal needs a lot ofwork. Steak was bland. Canned gravy is not a good idea in my opinion. Salmon had no flavor: fish sauce was not bad. Chickenwas not good. I didn't know Cesar salad could be tasteless.; it really was. First for everything. Veggies were overcooked. Dinner rolls were not fresh. Mashed potato was good. Read more
Had a beautiful wedding for my son and daughter in law. Was on a Sunday and the venue was set up perfectly, the grounds were... nicely manicured and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend Rolling Acres for any event. Read more
Our daughter?s wedding was this past Friday - a perfect day! It could not have gone this well without the help of Siva, Diane... and the rest of the awesome team at The Rolling Acres. They were attentive to every detail from venue set up, to food and barservice, to advising on the event plan itself. All of our guests commented on the lovely grounds for the ceremony, the deliciousfood and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot as a wedding venue of choice. Read more
Siva and the staff and the Acres were so wonderful to work with throughout our planning and re-planning process due to Covid... shutdowns. Our wedding was everything we hoped for. Planning a wedding can be fun and stressful at times, but at The Rolling Acres you can be assured that Siva and the staff will... make it the best day ever! I was lucky to have my wedding on August 15, 2021 and everything was perfect! Siva was great to workwith- very attentive, helpful, friendly, accommodating with the goal to make your special day come true. We had 70 guests andthe venue was comfortable. The grounds are also very beautiful with many areas for great photos. The food is delicious and theportions are generous! We got tons of compliments on our wedding and we had an amazing day! 5 stars! The venue was very accommodating in all planning stages. The wedding day ran like clockwork. The meal was delicious... with huge portions.
