If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I ordered an ice cream birthday cake. Paid for it and was guaranteed that it would be... done by Saturday. I ordered it Wednesday. They had 2.5 days to get it done. They had ONE job. Worst experience I have ever had.No phone call or notification. Showed up and told at that moment they didn?t get it done. Ordered a DQ blizzard cake for my husband's birthday, I placed the order 2 weeks ago to allow proper time to have order made.... Just picked up cake, looks nothing like the image displayed on their sign. Highly disappointed, the lady at the drive thruapologized and said well I dont work here so I don't know what I am doing.
