I specially went for prime rib steak sandwich and they were out of bread roll plus peppers. Then I asked for Greek gyro and... again unavailable. Not even turkey. Then I got brisket combo with small drink and fries. They said they are out of small cupsand charged me for medium drink. He was like take it or leave it. Worst experience in Arby's ever. Great for a quick bite on the go. Cashier must have been having a bad day, wasn't paying a lot of attention. Yes, our order was... wrong. Went to get it corrected, and she got wicked mad and said "well that's what you ordered". I took out the receipt and toldher it read right, but the order was wrong. Went in early and only one person was working. He did everything he possibly could to make it a great experience. Food was... amazing! Only missing one star cause he didn't ask or recommend any sauces for this first time customer. As my bf said when Igot back to the car, everyone knows you HAVE to get the Arby's sauce for the roast beef sammach! Which I didn't know and no onetold me! So I missed out. Read more
Everyone is always nice. They are in the top 5 of nicest food service people. Never had anyone be rude. Super nice people... working there. Food is correct 10 out of 10 times. I have never had anything not taste good. My only complaint is sometimes Iwill drive there and the drive through is closed. I wish they had a Facebook page that could update you on things like that.Getting out of the car isn't an option for me. Read more
Really good customer service when I came in there to order my food. They have fun and work hard at the same time. Good place to... order your food and have a good laugh with the employees. The food was made and done pretty fast so you're not waiting for along time. Really good to the truck drivers when you need to get anything to get back on the road. I am very impressed at the service & the look of this restaurant. I have been to a lot of Arby's restaurants but this one is by... far the best I've been to. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was all the tables clean, aside from the wet floorsigns the dining room area looked like all dining room areas should look when you go into them. Next the staff was friendly. Iwas greeted when I first walked in, asked how my day was, and actually took an interest in my response. The cashier took myorder with promptness & even read it back to me to verify everything was correct. The next thing I noticed was that there wereplugs at every table. I mean every table. I didn't have to search the dining room area for a table with a plug they're all overthe place. Now most people don't care about this but I travel for work so it's refreshing to know I can come in here and be ableto charge my laptop while I eat and work on my laptop. Once, this Boyce location was fast and efficient but today I was disappointed. Drove 50 miles for the WAGYU experience. Employee... stumbled through the ordering process and meal preparation was slow. The WAGYU burger was alright but fail to see what all thefuss is about. Read more
