We enjoy the pizza from this location. There has been one time where the pizzas were burned. I sent in a complaint and was... immediately called. The manager fixed the order and even delivered it. Great service! Read more

This is our go to place because it?s the only place in Boyd. Normally they?re ok, but today when I went to pick my order, part... of it was missing. They said they called. Funny, my phone was in my hand the entire 30 minutes they were making my pizza and nocalls were received. No missed calls either. Their solution was to give me part of my order and say sorry, there was nothingthey could do. Save yourself the trouble and get a frozen pizza. It?s not that great of pizza. Edit: it?s so interesting howthe story changed for the reply considering the ?manager? on duty told me himself the computers weren?t working so that?s whythe ?call? they made didn?t got through. Now it?s we called several times and tried to make it right? Watch out for these liarshere. They will do anything to make themselves look better. Anything but actually provide good customer service. I loved it the first time we order but I recently ordered the same pizza and I was very disappointed come on with the prices... going up everywhere I want to at least get what pay for I was actually bragging on the pizza I had company but whe we got it Iwas so disappointed I even called them and told them what the problem was and all they said was hmm.
