Edit: update from today - 2 of our 3 pizzas were burned to the point it was hard to eat. Wife sent a review.. Mngt called,... offered replacement pizzas & delivery as well immediately. This is our go to place because it?s the only place in Boyd. Normally they?re ok, but today when I went to pick my order, part... of it was missing. They said they called. Funny, my phone was in my hand the entire 30 minutes they were making my pizza and nocalls were received. No missed calls either. Their solution was to give me part of my order and say sorry, there was nothingthey could do. Save yourself the trouble and get a frozen pizza. It?s not that great of pizza. Edit: it?s so interesting howthe story changed for the reply considering the ?manager? on duty told me himself the computers weren?t working so that?s whythe ?call? they made didn?t got through. Now it?s we called several times and tried to make it right? Watch out for these liarshere. They will do anything to make themselves look better. Anything but actually provide good customer service. I loved it the first time we order but I recently ordered the same pizza and I was very disappointed come on with the prices... going up everywhere I want to at least get what pay for I was actually bragging on the pizza I had company but whe we got it Iwas so disappointed I even called them and told them what the problem was and all they said was hmm. I don?t know why it waslike that I?m sorry! That?s all they had to say I couldn?t believe it ! I?m dumbfounded by other reviews as I have never had any issues with their service at all. Mr Jim?s is our FAVORITE and our... number one go to for pizza. My only complaint is that we order the cinnamon bread nearly every time and it never has anyfrosting on it (and I order extra!!). Their site advertises that it does in fact have frosting so idk????. I understand it?s a Friday but my delivery took over 55 minutes, one of my pizza was almost black you couldn?t even tell what... the toppings were, my other pizza was suppose to have extra cheese there was barely any cheese or sauce. Never heard of Mr Jim's before, but decided to order the pepperoni deluxe and it arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. I was... shocked! Pizza was hot, fresh and insanely good. I was very delighted with not only the pie but the incredibly fast delivery.Garlic butter crust, extra sauce on the top, double pepperoni and extra mozzarella! Read more
