Had wanted to check this place out a very long time and finally got there last month. I've ordered take out several times for... breakfast & lunch since then and the food never disappoints. Really good vegan food and friendly owners. Love their homemadebaked goods and they even carry some Vegan Treats bakery items, so you don't have to drive all the way to Bethlehem. I like theOutpost store and always check what they have while there. The Butterhead Kitchen pepperoni is delish and they carry some reallyyummy vegan cheeses! Definitely will keep going back. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and sense of humor of the owner/operators/chefs at this remarkable and delicious... vegan eatery. Everything I?ve ever had has been delicious and we look forward to going there every week? Sometimes twice. Visited twice, the first time we got our items to go. Returned the next day, and ate in. We had the Mac and cheese burger, the... beyond burger, a peach cobbler smoothie, sweet dream smoothie, and an assortment of dessert items. All of it was excellent, if Icould get my hands on their Mac and cheese recipe I'd be happy for life. It is the best I've ever had. It has a small seatingarea, and the staff was friendly. Firefly is an awesome addition to the local food scene bringing vegan dishes that even carnivores can appreciate. You pay for... high quality, innovative features that are meatless. We?ve eaten here several times and are always impressed by the bold flavorstheir menu features. Highly recommend all of their salad dressings, and even stopped next door (at their small store) to take abottle of the sesame ginger home. We recently went with the mac n? cheese burger, served with chipotle mayo, and the beer brategg and cheese sandwich. Again, incredible these are meatless, and that cashew cheese is rich and delicious. By no means am I avegan, but this spot is perfect for even those who want to try it for a meal. Great little place to eat with a full vegan menu. The staff are lovely and the mix matched chairs are adorable. Food is yummy... and the smoothies are so worth the price. Wasn't a fan of the pastries but the rest of the food was tasty!! Even if you don'teat vegan (I certainly don't) you will enjoy your meal here! Read more
