From a New Yorker that knows their pizza and is a complete pizza snob?.this pizza is delicious! So good in fact I ordered twice... in one day! The crust has a perfect crisp, does not flop. They evenly spread the perfect amount of sauce. Perfect amount oftoppings and overall good flavor! Boppis pizza was fantastic! My family and I were skiing at Boyne Mountain and found this little gem while searching for a good... place to eat! We tried 3 different pizzas as well as the garlic cheesy bread. Everything was outstanding! I met the ownerwhile waiting for our pizza to come out of the oven. Good, thin crust pizza. Nice to have more local competition. We picked Boppis pizza up this evening. On a late July Wednesday... afternoon (5:00pm), the pizza took about 30 minutes.
