Went here for lunch, ordered a burger and fries. I drove away and starting eating the food, which was average. Pulled a long... HAIR OUT OD MY MOUTH. That?s not even the worst part. The same day, I filed a complaint online at McDonalds (not expectingmoney or anything, but simply an acknowledgement at least and apology at most). Hours open rarely match times stated. This McDonald?s is open solely at its discretion. Often no reason is given. Sometimes the... reason is due to being understaffed. If you?re planning a late night trip here be cautious as if it?s not at least 2 hoursbefore the closing hours stated, your trip may very well be wasted. We only have 4 people working. Not the customers fault. Close your dining room if you can?t keep up. Also when someone pulls up... don?t make them wait knowing they were there first and take the other lanes order. Sounds like 4 people with no brain. Read more
I usually don't leave fast food reviews because it's pretty much uniform across the board but the young man who brought out our... order was so very pleasant and joyful that I believe he deserves some recognition. Also when I ran back in to grab somethingmore my son decided he wanted the young lady was also very pleasant and cheerful. They both deserve a pat on the back ascustomer service isn't always easy. They get a very simple order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! Terrible service as far as getting orders correct. There are a couple... really great team members at this location though. Lucas is always fast and friendly. Read more

Update was there a month later, they were very busy, but food was good service was good staff was working hard, they were... polite.........Incompetent, they could not even take a order right worse drive thru experience i have ever had.
