First and foremost, customer service skills are lacking and need significant improvement. The employee stated they were closed... at 8 when on the door, it said 10. Ordered Thanksgiving dinner with a confirmed time for pickup. Chaos at the store - people there 2+ hours, crowded with very... angry people, employees literally yelling at people who were asking questions. My husband ordered meat loaf - it was inedible. The manager said sometimes they ship it ( I guess that was the time) but didn?t... offer money back. (We gave it to our dog. He seemed to have enjoyed it!) I came here to order freshly cooked turkey breast (asthe picture shows on google maps), they didn?t have it. We lived in Boston where it was a decent restaurant. I came here around 7:30 pm to order take out .. I was locked out by a customer that stated that the employee had to let me in .... I arrived & waited in line for several minutes when there was only one person in front of me. The pace of staff was incredibly... slow. The crew member putting my food in a container, based on his behavior, seemed to be on a heavy dosage of downers. He waslackluster at best & apathetic at worst. The cashier was devoid of any emotion. Both employees lacked critical customer serviceskills. I paid 7.27 for macaroni, mixed veggies, sliced potato wedges, & a small piece of cornbread. The macaroni was lukewarm &runny as if the cheese was actually juice. The vegetables were lifeless & rubbery, the potatoes were flavorless. The cornbreadwas as expected, sweet & pretty moist.
