Great place. They have room for big parties and have great prices. From 12pm till 2pm Mon-Fri enjoy the $10, $12, & $14 lunch... specials. Walked in and waited for 5 minutes to have a trainee bartender seat us. The restaurant had maybe 6 tables not including the bar... area. Then waited for waitress to come and take drink orders. We order food, 2 adults and 4 kids. We ordered 3 apps which cameout at random times. The entrees did the same, one came and then a few minutes later the next. My husband waited 20 extraminutes for his burger before he told her to cancel it. We paid and left. I've been here a few times. Quality of food and service you get tend to be inconsistent. Usually a good spot for wings and... beers, however 6pc of wings could take 30 minutes to be served as I had experienced on a very busy night there once. That beingsaid, my latest visit was a much better experience. We ordered the House Sampler (combo platter of Ultimate Nachos with Chicken,Beer Battered Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks and Boneless Wings) and some Traditional Wings. The only reason this place gets 3 stars instead of one is because of our server Pat. So I?ll start with the good; Pat. This... young man was incredibly enthusiastic about his job and generally likes working there. He was so eager to please and just keptapologizing for our experience. Now the bad; everything else. The soda my partner had had no carbonation, her pulled pork tacoswere mediocre, and my meal of naked tenders came out 25 minutes after hers. When my meal did finally arrive, it looked andtasted like a microwave meal (see photos). The whole time during this delay, our server profusely apologized and we knew itwasn?t his fault. I?ve never felt the need to write a bad review till now. I ordered a 10 pc w/ fries, but instead got my meal burnt to a crisp.... Not only was I not able to bite into the chicken but it was so dry. Best place ever....I always order to go and my food comes out perfectly. Everything is packed nicely and fast. I used to go to... the Palm Beach location and my last experiences were bad. It took for ever, the wings came out with barely no sauce and the foodwas packed so bad. I really recomend the Boynton location. It is excellent. I never eat there but I bet the service is great.Since I've been going to thw Boynton location my wings always come with enough sauce and are cooked perfectly. I don?t ever leave reviews but I was shock by the service and food at this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Boynton beach on... Congress. The restaurant was not packed and yet it took over 20 to receive a beer and over 45 min to receive our food. When thefood arrived, it was cold. We had to stop somewhere after for food because some of us were not able to eat what we were served.Our server and what appeared to be the manager seemed like they could care less about the service or food. There was one serverwho was hustling to pick up the slack for everyone. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves major recognition.I honestly do not think I?ve ever had worse service.
