I?ve eaten here dozens of times and it?s generally good, the food is usually tasty and well made. The fries are generous and I... love when they give two sauce cups with the truffle fries. I went back for the first time since leaving a one star review aftera bad experience a while back, to give them another try and and I?m pleased to say it was much better, so I?m happy to edit myreview. General Manager Marc showed my 2 kids and I that cutting a burger in half is a heavy task when there?s only 2 other customers... dining in. Being that they were out of plastic knives, I simply asked him if he can cut the burger. He rolled his eyes, droppedhis shoulder and then an uncomfortable pause. I then asked his if it was a problem to just cut a burger in half, he replied?I?ll be back? all while having a very unprofessional attitude. I then asked our server Myrna to speak to the owner and she saidMarc was the GM. I then asked if the owner was in and she said she wasn?t sure but she will check. The owner Phil then came upto me and my kids asking what the problem was. I simply told him the story then GM Marc comes back to the table with an attitudeand starts getting loud and yelling at me and disregarding what the owner Phil was saying to him. I was shocked to see how heacted towards their customers and the owner of burgerfi. Phil was trying his hardest to settle the situation then Myrna comesstorming out cause Marc the GM sent her home for something she didn?t do. He claims Myrna skipped over him and went to the ownerwhen she should?ve went to him first. Sad to say, if Marc the GM is still working there I will not visit this Burgerfi everagain! As for the sweet server Myrna and owner Phil, thank you for trying to solve and diffuse the situation. Your best betwould be finding a better GM because Marc obviously is in the wrong business and at his age has a lot to learn. Read more
Always love their burgers! Been about 2 years, I haven't gone to one. So, it was nice to see some changes. I had ordered bacon... and the burgers came without them. The manager was very caring to make sure he got the bacon and even came out to check and makesure all was well. I appreciate that ???????? ????. Of course, I will come back. First of shot out to all the wonderful employees and manager Phil at this location for the wonderful customer service and tasty... food. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is clean, smells Burgerlicous. If your ever by the Boynton beach district area Iencourage you to stop on by for a delicious burger or New York style hotdogs I had the burgerFi burger with aged Parmesan garliccheesy fries . Walked in to a pleasent, open atmosphere. It wasn't busy and there was no line, we ordered as soon as we walked in, making it... easy to order. Everything was clean, and employees were nice. Once we got our food everything looked good, although the CEOburger is nothing like the picture that it advertised. The CEO burger we received was half the size of the advertisement, thiscan be seen in the pictures I took. As everything did look good, once we started to eat we quickly noticed our fries weren't hotand the spicy chicken sandwich was actually thin and had no spice at all. Overall, this wasn't a horrible experience, but itwasn't anything to brag about either. This is a clean friendly place, but not something I would want to buy again as the food isnot as advertised.
