Diners beware - Horrible food. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Ordered three burgers and onion rings for take... out. When at home I discovered they didn?t make my burgers as ordered. I also didn?t want their sauce and they put it on anywaywith so much it was mush. I tossed everything but the meat and attempted to eat that and it tasted horrible. This has happenedbefore and I thought I would try again. Learned my lesson I will not ever return and waste my hard earned money. Read more

We have not eaten Burger Fi in a while and said I couldn?t wait to eat it and stopped in tonight. I suppose times have changed... because it was a joke now. Fries were raw and the burger was a joke. They don?t even wrap them like they used to and the foilthey now use wasn?t even wrapped around the complete burger. The bun was soak and wet too. Just horrible now. Got my fix andlearned a hard lesson. Used to be a good fast casual burger and now it?s laughable. Read more

Ordered 3 to go burgers, fries and onion rings. The fries were burnt and dry, like cardboard, onion rings were greasy and... burgers were raw and cold. Worst lunch ever. Hope I don?t get sick. Read more

This review is a complaint about corp customer service but not a reflection of this location. I live near the West Boynton... location and have been a very happy customer since they opened. Food is great but the people in the store are better. Alwayspositive, helpful and keeps the restaurant very clean. A positive reflection on the ownership and management. That is why I gave5 stars. My issue was a simple one. I made my normal order on 7/6/2022 on the way home. When I went in to pick it up, theydidn?t have the order. I showed them the order which included using some rewards points. They told me that was not a problem.That it happens because it will pick a location near your location. You can look at my history and I never order from thegateway location. They said call the store and cancel and we will ring up the order here. I did and the gateway locationcanceled the order but said I would need to contact corp for the refund. I paid for my order in store at west Boynton, got myfood and left. I have filled out the form 2 times each time checking the box to be contacted. Then I sent an email. I attachedboth receipts to the forms and email. No response. Even if they had been concerned enough to follow up and denied the refund Iwould not be upset. But for 15 dollars, having customer service not contact the customer, you lose a former happycustomer. It?s obvious from your response that no one reads the review. You lost a loyal customer because no one responded tomy post of being charged twice. I filled out the forms. I sent the receipts. I wrote a review and your response was glad you hada great visit. Don?t pretend to have customer service when you obviously don?t. Read more

I saw so many 5 star reviews, I wonder who wrote them? Although the staff was great, and the restaurant was clean, the food was... terrible. If it wasn't for the ketchup the hamburgers would have no taste, and the onion rings had no flavor. Also, prices arehigh. Back to Wendy's. Read more

Never had an issue with the food up until today. Lol what is this I got 3 chicken tenders and there all over cooked and the... third one isn?t a full chicken tender. Great service. Kari took our order. She was very friendly and professional. Very courteous. The food arrived fast and it was... piping hot. Very fresh and tasty. The bathroom was clean and it smelled clean ????????????????????????. No complaints about thisexperience here today. Very pleased. Read more
