Staff was super friendly. Food is cheap but it was cold & didn't taste all that great. The drinks were pretty good though.... Restaurant floor was super gross, & a pile of dirty napkins were holding up the legs of the table. Read more
Let's be clear - this is Chili's, so expectations should be set correctly - if you're not familiar with the menu, atmosphere, or... theme - Google it first. That being said, we eat at this location semi frequently, and this particular Saturday night we choseit because there was no wait time (unlike the Ale House next door that we tried first), which, in theory, is a little concerningbecause there should almost always be a wait time around here Saturday night. But we had a very positive experience. Our serverwas very friendly and knowledgeable, and worked very hard to take care of his tables. He even offered to refund a margarita mywife ordered that tasted a bit like dirty cough syrup (we declined - she just ordered a different type and it was fine). Chipsand salsa were welcome and tasted fresh. The fajitas were good, just the right size for two of us, and our son enjoyed his mealand special blue drink and enjoyed his dessert. Was it a unique dining experience with unusual fresh ingredients broughttogether in a special way? No - that's not what Chili's is. Not a great experience. We sat down at the bar area and our table was still dirty. The hostess came over and just wiped it down... with a paper towel no cleaner. Not a huge deal I just grabbed the bottle and did it myself. Our server asked if our table wascleaned and we told him. A manager shows up to tell us the hostess sprayed the paper towel. This was not the case but whatever.I am a rewards member but my rewards were not showing up so I mentioned it to our server. He said he would take care of it butthis never happened. Food was great but we just felt like the customer service aspect was lacking. Read more
It was not that busy, we we're only going to have a drink and wanted to sit in the bar are. There was 5 of us, they didn't seem... to want us to sit in the bar area, but we did anyway. The bartender was not friendly at first, but we were laughing and having agood time, so she lightened up a bit. All in all our experience was a good one, we'd go back again. Read more
This place is hit and miss, when the food is accurate and cooked properly it's delicious. However, they are often not meeting... those expectations especially with their curbside ToGo option. It's disappointing, because we regularly done here, but latelytheir costumer service and quality have really taken steep downturn... Read more
