Edit: I added a star because corporate Chipotle apologized and gave me a free entree. Thankful!! Original: It's so... disappointing because every time I think this Chipotle is starting to get it together, it leaves so much to be desired. I wantto love this spot because it's literally in walking distance from my house, but every time I go there is an issue. This pasttime I put in an online order and when I arrived, it had never gone through. I completely understand that this is a hugenuisance to customers and employees and it's not their fault. However, the staff had no patience for my inquiries and would noteven engage when I asked if my food was almost ready. It took 30 minutes for them to realize that the order had not gone throughand that I would need to give them my order for them to make it. No apologies. Not even a word spoken to me. I asked when Ifinally got my bowl (that I and my 9-month-old son had been waiting very patiently for) if I could please get a side ofguacamole for waiting so long. Again not a word, but the guac did appear. When I finally got my bag after an hour after orderingit, again not a word spoken to me. I'm more than willing to be understanding and apologetic If the issue was on my end, but theservice here is just so lacking and such a shame. It is 2 pm EST?I made an order through DoorDash. I go the the Chipotle at (1780 Congress Ave #100, Boynton Beach, Fl)and they... don?t have my order I?ve been waiting for 20 minutes (of my lunch time) for the manager Cameron to confirm that the order wascorrect via my receipt and the tell me that I have to go in the back of the line when I was in the store before everyone thatwas there. The were 2 sets of customers that came and left. I recapped that to Cameron who had no sense of remorse 2x and hetreated me like I was begging for food. I understand that mistakes happen? it wasn?t the mistake it was how I was dealt with. Iwas not upset at the issue. He didn?t even introduce himself to me.. It was how her treated me publicly when I was his customerthat did not make the mistake.. but the one that got the backlash. Customer service is very important. The customer is mostdefinitely NOT always right but how Cameron treated me was wrong. Hopefully he superiors can help Cameron to improve. ThisCameron customer service is definitely an area of opportunity. This is the most dirtiest Chipotle I have been to. They have roaches and blow fly's. The presentation of the food is terrible... food. We ask for one extra dressing because the one we received was less than half full they wanted to charge us 1.25. The staffis no better the guy in the back cooking was on his phone burning the food. This place sucks. Food Everywhere in the floor, people who go is so dirty also, don?t have forks, and the area where you take... the forks all dirty with sauce everywhere. Never will come back or go to another Chipotle. Bolay is so mucha clean. Read more

This chipotle has the absolute worst customer service. It?s very clear that the employees only work to collect a paycheck.... Employees argue with each other in front of customers, there is no sense of urgency when it comes to preparing customers foodand with an hour left before close time they decide not to take any walk ins and only online orders, if that?s protocol maybepost it somewhere on your website to avoid customers driving there only to be turned around, this location also need to do abetter job restocking items because it?s like they never have anything. Avocado shell in it and I literally choked on the whole cilantro stem and all, that was stuck in my... braces hanging down my throat and I could not swallow it so I was choking to death! Ordered a bowl thru DoorDash, they left out half of my toppings didn?t even add beans and my bowl was not even half way full,... they just added tons of lettuce to make it look full. Love chipotle but this boynton location is terrible. Never again. Read more

THE TOILETS WERE TIDIER than the tabletops and beverages stand during lunch at the Chipotle outlet on Congress Street in Boca... Raton. Corn bits, taco crumbs and rice adorned most tables, as some eat-in customers cleaned tables. An outdoor trash binoverflowed with wrappers, straws and food bits and drew scavenger birds craving that June Friday like Mexican. The food, soldmainly to take-away customers, was tasty. Read more
