Of my two local Chipotle restaurants, this is usually my go-to for speed, accuracy and generous portions. However, today the... insanely large chunk of hard avocado stuck into my small guacamole was uncalled for. Made me sit and wait over 45 minutes for a pick up order that was ordered 15 minutes prior. They had other to go orders sitting... on a table next to people eating, which would lead you to believe its their food. I never saw these order picked up. Then mademe go to the line to order the same food I already ordered. They ran out of multiple ingredients by the time it was my turn, andafter waiting over an hour I got some terrible food. I even bagged my own food because the woman was talking to other employeeswhile i stood there waiting, she watched me do her job and did nothing. I was the only customer in the store for another 10minutes at this point after seeing it get made and food literaly got cold while it sat and waited for her to bag it, im watchingit get cold. I asked the manager for either new food or for a refund and he said no and was smiling at another bad worker. Read more

Can you please ask for your staff listen the order with attention. When I just arrived they were busy talking with each other.... Then, I guess, they were still distract, bc the guy that help me didn?t understand I d like to take 2 bowls. I took only 1instead. I preferred to find another restaurant. Also I requested guacamole. They should have made it bigger because it is some good ???? food and, for the price you can't afford not to Cheack them out. If... not for the food, then look at the Vertical Garden. She is in late bloom and a nice PURPLE COLOR ????. Vertical Growing is Great????. Read more

Wow should have read the previous reviews. Do not come to this location. The employees do not have any customer service... skills. I asked to have the smallest burrito I have ever seen cut in half for my daughter and they said they couldn?t, noproblem, I then asked if I could have a knife and you would have thought I asked them to go out back and carve a special one outof steel. We then worked our way down the line to the rudest cashier (Cheyenne). I asked again for a knife and she said veryabruptly there was one in the bag. I asked if I was allowed to have two and she gave me a look of disgust as she placed anotherone in the bag. Do not come to this location. The employees do not have any customer service skills. I received a ?steak salad? with not... kidding, 6 pieces of lettuce and 2 spoonfuls of guacamole! I also ordered extra veggies and a regular portion of cheese. As youcan see this was also severely lacking. (I had to reflect on if it was April fools today when I was told this is their standardportion sizes). I come to this location every day for lunch and they do not use any measurement for portion size, it is also aroulette if you?ll get inedible things in your food like hair or packaging. As you can see this bowl is extremely empty. I askedif I could have more lettuce or guac or maybe a refund and return them the bowl. I was told no on both accounts. I guess they donot take the typical customer is right approach at chipotle. Go to another location nearby with less of a turnover and betteremployees. Read more
