Don?t let this small casual spot fool you. The food here is delicious and the service is exceptional! We had the hummus for an... appetizer. It tasted creamy and fresh and the pita was homemade and warm. For the entre we ordered the lamb chops, Gyro salad,and Sausage with peppers. All was tasty but those lamb chops though! They were so tender, juicy and packed with flavor. Theywere seasoned so well they almost tasted like a steak prepared at a fine dining restaurant. We will definitely be back. Read more
Been a frequent customer for three years now, maybe longer. Great food always fresh, and packed with flavor. I've tried numerous... items from the menu and have never been disappointed. Gets busy at lunch, but they turn the food out quick. If you liketraditional Greek food this is a must visit, and even if you don't. Give it another try it could change your mind???? Read more
Good food overpriced. The own response about my review that the food was not over priced. Maybe most things weren?t but to spend... the price they change for a gyro was at least $5 or $6 more than I have ever paid. It was great very nice salad very fresh but Ialways feel a gyro should be about the price of a burger maybe a dollar or two more. Again it was great Read more
Chris Taverna is a great example of a greek eatery here in the lake worth area. I?ve been here multiple times both to this... location and the location off hypoluxo. I?ve always got the gyro wrap. Those things are awesome and come with a ton of meat.Sometimes good for 2 meals. This time my wife and I were feeing like getting the lamb chops. SUPER RECOMMEND. May be a littlepricier than the other plates but oh man were they delicious. The waiter recommended med-well , or well as lamb cooksdifferently than regular meat. the taste, the tenderness, the little charred taste! making my mouth water all over again! Read more
GREEK ISLANDS!!!! That?s right they brought Greece to us. You can sit indoors or outdoors. This is one of my favorite spots to... go. I took a friend who is a huge fan of Greek fruit to this. She said it was one of the best she?s ever had. For a a trulyauthentic Greek meal this is on point. Clean place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh oh oh and one of the best baklavaI?ve ever had. A true 5 stars that is worth it (10 stars). Most importantly, authentic Greek. If you've been to Greece you would understand. I... dont write good reviews often, but when i do is the real deal Portions are crazy amazing and everything was fresh... they didn'tseem to cut corners like so many others have started to...at least with what I ordered. Horiatiki Salad, side of gyro, Taziki todip the gyro and azyrtiko wine... the lemon soup was more like a 3 but still fresh and good. Service pleasant and attentive(hard to find these days). Read more
I came here on a Wednesday to get lunch alone and it was great. Pretty busy but lots of seating still inside and outside when I... got there. I was quickly served as I already knew what I wanted. I order take out online which is pretty fast and easy to do. Itwas nice sitting there and being attended by the nicest servers. I must admit the salad could be a 2 portion meal as I couldn?tfinish it all. Everything tasted fresh. I definitely would recommend anyone to try. Stopped for our first time, impromptu late Sunday lunch. Deliciously seasoned food, fair portion size, large variety of dishes... and combinations. Courtney our server was super kind and attentive, Tracy also stopped by our table and was very kind andsweet. Great little gem with incredibly tasting food. Read more
