Recently moved into the neighborhood next to this location. Stopped in this morning and had to repeat our order 4 times to the... cashier. The manager finally stepped in and we had to repeat it again 3 times to her. They managed to still get our very basiccoffee orders wrong. We gave up ordering food because it was going to take even longer. The manager told us she was trainingthe cashier, which is fine, no problem with that. But step in earlier if you see her clearly struggling and the customersstarting to get impatient. I'll continue going to Starbucks on my way to work even though it's out of the way. Better customerservice, faster, and way better basic coffee. Read more

The store located 3000 S Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 has awful customer service and Bad Management. The employees... that work there are just downright lazy. Case in point- this morning at 5:39 AM went into a empty store with 1 person behindthe counter and 1 customer at the counter. The clerk takes the order, accepts the money, and walks away to fill the customer?sorder. Leaves me standing there waiting to place my order. Instead of taking my order and multi-tasking she is standing atthe oven waiting for an item to come out. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. 1 minute standing there doing absolutelynothing but waiting for an item to come out of the oven. It is the only store in the Palm Beach County Area that only has oneperson working in the morning. Its always understaffed and extremely long wait times for items I may only spend $7,00 a dayon breakfast- but I spend that every day of the year. That?s roughly $2,500.00 a year. Ordered XL black coffee and two donuts on app. Four customers in store. No greeting when entering store except mine. I... waited next to where they put to go orders. Found it interesting I continued to not being acknowledged. Finally got coffeebut no donuts Had to ask for my donuts and again no eye contact or acknowledgement. After a bit another customer pointed to abag just put down and it was mine. Don't need it to be rainbows when a customer walks in but at least acknowledge them. Spent 20 minutes trying to get an iced coffee at 4 o?clock in the afternoon the girl behind the counter just kept walking... outside with her phone more worried about her texting conversation and I mean could you walk any slower if you tried?
