The level of service at this location is beyond horrible and unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this store... especially in the morning they cannot handle the rush and the employees are rude because the customers are upset that they'rewaiting 30 minutes for a coffee. The cashier was soooooo sweet and kinda i really appreciate that and the iced latte & bagel was perfect! Lately at other boytnon... locations especially the one at Bethesda East whose employees have nasty attitudes. I was happily surprised with the staff hownice and honest but also the store renovations! I would go out of my way 7 minutes for this store..keep up.the great work! Read more

I went in today and had the worst customer service. First of all the guy at the counter couldn?t even understand a word I was... saying. Communication is key when you?re dealing with customer. I went into the store and ordered the strawberry layeredlemonade and he gave me a strawberry lemonade refresher. The other lady who made my drink said ?sorry that was the last lemonadefor the night, can?t make another batch tonight?. I mean let?s be real here we both know it?s a pre-made drink. This review is for store #705 on Hagen Ranch Rd and Flavor Pict. I used to get coffee 2 to 3 times per week. This store has... deteriorated over time. The dining area is always dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. The help is rude and very slow. Mostof the time it seems like 1 person in the store. Read more
I am giving it two stars because of this recent visit . I had purchased a couple of donuts and two drinks . I do have the... rewards app because it does help save money . I used a rewards offer of a free donut and when I wanted to scan the rewards appto accumulate my points for this visit, the lady with the glasses looks like she had an attitude. So , I was just like I?ll pay. It felt very unsociable and not welcoming. Her service was pretty slow in itself , so where was the patience ? In my opinion,as being in the food industry myself as a hostess, one should always be sociable and welcoming . If a company provides servicethat helps people save money, and people promote all the time. One should understand that it will take a minute or so to have itready and once you understand what patience is even and a fast food industry, there should always be a one on one goodexperience.
