This Firehouse has gone downhill recently. I visited this Firehouse yesterday, one staff memeber was rude and other was brand... new, and there was no manager. I ordered for dine in, and asked for the military discount (ID was provided) and was told theydon't do military discount. I have visited this Firehouse and many others on a weekly basis and there is always a militarydiscount. I told them there was and that it's usually a free drink. I said ask a manager, and the girl went to back of thekitchen and came back and said no discount. I asked for manager and she said no manager was there. I asked for the owners namebut no contact was provided. Is this under new management or ownership? Are the employees all new and not trainedproperly? Very bad look for a well established franchise. Giving a 3 because the food is good but they NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER put the pickle with your sandwich in to go orders. Don't... give me the option to request it and NEVER put it in the order. Yea it's that important! Read more
Loved the way they made our engineer sub with the pickle cut up inside! Toasted to perfection too!

This location is starting to trend down. The bread is stale more times than not, the prices have increased and it appears to be... short staffed. This firehouse was my go to but I probably won?t be going anymore. Called ahead with my order ten minutes priorand ended up waiting 20 minutes in store, this was after the lunch rush was over. I visited this Firehouse Subs and ordered a Medium Meatball sub and a Medium Italian sub- specifically requesting no Mayo, no... Mustard, and adding Jalapenos. The employees finished our order and we confirmed the requested changes. Upon arriving home, weopened our Italian sub to find it soaked in Mayo and no jalapenos. It was so disgusting that we had to throw it out. I called toinform them of this issue, to which the woman ("G" shown as the host on the receipt) simply replied "Sorry sweetie" with zerosincerity. She didn't care at all that my entire dinner had been ruined by a careless mistake on their part. Terrible customerservice. Read more

Had to wait a long time for my sandwich and I was the only customer there. After waiting a while, I was informed they were out... of mushrooms which is the reason I even order that sandwich?
