Always a good Quality sub @ Jersey Mikes but?. Today here now at this Particular location my experience is Great and it Goes a... long way.. Pretty busy loca. 5-6-7 people working today , soon as i entered i was greeted w a bunch a happy workers , Smiles andone Big guy , ( i just asked his name is Eric )working the slicer loud and happy asking how i was and about my day! He took myorder and sliced my meat and got my stuff ready for the next guy to take it over and finish it. He Quickly moved on and before iknew it he had done another 4 customers behind me! This guy really cares about his Job, as i sit here listening Im Quiteimpressed as a Small buiss owner myself i know how hard it is to find good employee?s! I know this is the way it Should work butthats not always the case! I wanted to take a few mins out of my day just to Say Kudos to the owner (these other stores canlearn a thing or two from you) and Def a big Ty to the Staff here today! I didn?t even order my food for my family we got into the restaurant and a young man was calling to see if anybody was there... there was another young man on his phone he had to go in the back and get the attention of the workers to come out theycomplained they was on break so the three people who were behind the counter came out speaking another language and complainedand still didn?t even start taking any orders mind you working in retail I know it?s hard to take breaks but u take Them one ata time not all together like in school. LOVE THESE GUYS! I was leaving the shop with my giant sandwich in my messenger bag and as I turned the corner to leave on my... bike it spilled out and a part of my sandwich was ruined (shown in pic) and what I think was the manager comes outside callingmy name and tells me he'll make me another one and he knew what it was like to bike with food, and even after I say it's fine heinsisted, and he gave me a whole new sandwich!!
