This was straight up theft. I am enclosing my order and what I received. I ordered a salad with steak and guacamole for which I... was charged extra. The salad I received had no protein at all, no guacamole, no sour cream. As you can see the dish wasn't evenclose to full even with just vegetables. When I called to get a refund I was very rudely told that there was nothing she can dounless I drive back to Boynton. Everyone talks about how restaurants have suffered but now we all suffer from employees that areallowed to keep jobs they are clearly not competent at doing. Read more
The dining area is a mess. Sticky floors, not a single table wiped down, sauce bar needed cleaning. Five years ago, the dining... area was comfortable. The tvs actually showed programs?with sound! I love Moe?s and their food, which is why I?m giving this place any stars, but every time I come to this location, the staff... makes me feel like I am imposing on them. Each time I come in, I feel uncomfortable because the staff is literally THATunwelcoming and unfriendly. The restaurant?s cleanliness has also gone downhill. Sorry to say but today was my last timestepping foot into this restaurant. Why am I going to spend money somewhere where I get nasty attitudes just for walking throughthe door? I guess I should?ve just stuck with Taco Bell. I?ve never received a taco with barely anything in it there was more taco shell... than there was filling. I love Moes But this experience with their three tacos that I just paid $22 for was a joke. Do betterplease. I would love to post a picture but it?s not giving me that option. Read more
Incredibly poor experience yesterday. Crew does not know how to cook. The kitchen is visibly filthy. flat top looked like it had... never been clean, my food was absolutely disgusting I didn't have the time or patience to wait for another. Not happy with myexperience. Incredibly poor experience as a long time customer. Came to eat at 11:42 AM on Sunday 5/15. See attached receipt. Extremely... rude employee (manager with curly hair) I don?t recall name (Fantasia I believe) who talked to customers in an unwelcoming tone.Extremely passive aggressive with snarky comments. Barely filled up the bowl and charged be extra for beans and rice for a bowlless than half full. Mentioned a scope of rice would come out of her paycheck, which is a ridiculous statement. Didn?t even knowhow much extra rice and beans cost. Didn?t tell me anything out be extra till AFTER it was already on my bowl. This will be thelast time I eat at Moes and I will be permanently taking my business to chipotle and also ensuring others do not eat at Moes orthis location going forward. A bad experience can cost a business 10 customers but in this case it may cost this business 100?s.I?m done with Moes. Read more
Parking is moderately available in this lot. I got a large veggie bowl & plenty of tortilla chips (pictured below) for $6.41!... You cannot beat that price with a stick!! The chips were hot & fresh. The bowl was tasty, fresh, & HUGE! The salsas weredelicious as well! All staff members were friendly, accommodating, welcoming, & hard-working! Awesome experience all around! Read more
Was having trouble ordering from the app. This is our first time at Moe's Boynton Beach. I called the store and spoke to Devon,... the general manager. WOW! He was awesome! Professional and helpful.Very much trying to walk me through the issues and he triedit on his phone. Some minor tech issues no big deal. Walked in to place my order instead.
