They will literally have your pizza ready in 10 min. Feels like there is no wait time. We only order 1-2 large pizzas but at... every other place wait time is longer. We also always pick up our own pizza as it?s just a short distance. Staff is also reallynice, say hello to our toddler and all. My mother-in-law from NY loves their pizza lol. My husband Billy placed an order for a X Large pizza w/5 toppings & soda. @ 9:50pm, which wasn't delivered & no one called us.... It's now midnite. We are extremely upset due to what appears poor customer service, poor deliver service. Since I also tried thechat to issue a customer complaint, which disconnected on the online website for the location we ordered. Since we couldn't haveour physical call answer at that store. I decided to post my comment here with a poor rating of 1 ?. So I re-inerate the serviceis poor, no call after someone took the order by ???? phone & no return call to inform us. This is absolutelyincredible. Delivery is poor as well cuz we didn't get a delivery. If your screen had an option I would give the store of arating of none. We feel we are entitled to a FREE pizza, please call us back with an apology. Read more
Pizza arrived a good 45 min after posted arrival time. Both pizza's were very cold, very disappointed. For the price we... paid...so not worth it. Called to see were the pizza was and was placed on a never ending recording. Will try pizza hut nexttime. Read more
