The establishment closes at 9pm but they closed at 8:30... I was standing at the front waiting for service, employee were... oblivious to the front. When an employee finally noticed me after 5min of me waiting said that they're closed even though it was8:30.. they're supposed to close at 9pm that's happen to me twice so far. I went to Chipotle across the street that closes theat 9pm as well and they were open & served food as other were cleaning. Read more

Ordered and waited for food. When food was done, we were given it without our drinks. We asked for the drinks but the person did... not speak English. When we showed the receipt, we received drinks that were not full. The soda was so bad we had to ask for newdrinks but then had to wait a long time to get new drinks so our food got cold. We also couldn't get garlic cilantro sauce. Wewere told they had none. Not sure how they run out of a staple item. I would message the owner but there is no way to do that. Read more

Consistently get orders wrong. For take out have had to drive back for the last 4 visits since half the meal was missing. Don't... know why they're so incredibly incompetent. Food was good but not worth the aggravation. Last order was missing rolls,bananas and chicken. This is a case of poor staff ruining a business. Read more

The food is great when you actually get what you order, the location is comically unreliable - the number of times my family... have not gotten proper sides they've ordered outnumbers the amount of times they've gotten them correct. Sometimes wholeentrees missing, and at that point it's a whole trip back to the restaurant to pick up missing food. It's a shame, we keepordering hoping it'll be a bit different but unless you check your bag at checkout and ask them to put missing items in youdon't get what you pay for. Read more

When I went in to order no one even came to the register to help. I had to scan a QR code and order. Then 5 minutes later 2... other people walked in and were helped. It took them over 10 minutes to make 2 tropi chop bowls and they weren't even busy. Noone seemed to care about the customers. The rice ended up being severely over cooked. Read more

This place is a hot mess! Every time we come, issues with everything. It's a wonder they are still in business. No one in front... because of a scheduled dinner break...oh and a babysitting problem for not one, but two employees in the parking lot. Gave meempty sauce cups. I mean...if you want to save money, it won't be by barely adding sauce to the cups. Start by getting betterstaff that can actually take pride in the job. Not charring the chicken and eating on the job in front of customers. If Googlehad a no-star option I'd put that. Read more

After waiting on the drive thru for over 20 minutes with cars behind me honking....2 people asking what i had ordered, simple a... ck cease wrap, fried yuca bites and a quesadilla wrap. They hand me the bag and do you see the size of these wraps....McDonald's used to sell tiny size wraps like these for 2 dollars and here i am paying 16 dollars for my order. Three pieces ofchicken and 5 pieces of romaine lettuce.... never again will i go to pollo tropical. This location in particular has alwaysgotten orders wrong and the quality of how they do things is so sad and disappointing. Read more
