I hadn't been here in a while. I had my car detailed & went inside the Boynton Beach Mall to have lunch. The mall food court has... changed a lot. Thank goodness Popeye's is still there. I don't think they'll be leaving anytime. The service was on point. The young lady read back to me my order & everything was correct. I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped me,because her name tag was broken, the name part had fallen off...she was left with just the pinning part. I love to have thecompany to recognize this server & let them know that they are an asset to the company, but I can't give her name. The food was& is still good at Popeye's ???????? I'll be back ???? I highly dislike leaving negative reviews as one bad experience shouldn?t rule out an entire companies values. This was an... exception of my entire experience from the initial order to receiving the order. Wont order Popeyes food for a long timestrictly because of this location. Overall terrible experience. Food was undercooked, staff was rude and wasted my time. Had tocall 4 times just to get ahold of someone at the store. Staff claimed they couldn?t add extra sauce to sandwiches because theirmanager said they aren?t allowed to do that anymore. Not to mention there was barely any sauce on the sandwiches to begin with.The two sandwiches I ordered were like biting into a piece of rubber and clearly undercooked. Got to the location and asked forsauces on the side for my fries and they said they didn?t have anymore. Poor representation of a company and franchise. Attitude is everything!!! I have been to this location 3 times now. EVERY time I have been there, the employees were warm and... welcoming. They had smiles on their faces and spoke professionally. Workers that weren't even directly working with me wouldturn and nod or wave. It had a great team vibe. Thank you all for being a great example of how a chain should run. Boynton Mall location. What a shame this mall is hanging on by a thread. Haven't been there in over a decade and it's not... recognizable. Kind of had that "Dawn Of The Dead" vibe going on. The food Cort was just sad. We decided on Popeye's chicken. Theemployee that took our order was surly, the one that gave us our food was very pleasant. The chicken was OK, with the usual drybreast, as we're the Biscuits and mashed potatoes. The coleslaw, however, was not cold, greyish in color and tasted so horriblewe couldn't eat it.
