It's rare I get to go out to eat but with our hurricane day and not having school I figured it's a perfect day since It's my... first day off since August. I saw the ad for all you can eat shrimp at 21.99! I thought, wow!! I'm so there. I'm new to townand have yet to eat at Red lobster. I got there about 3:00 and it was dead. Probably because of the hurricane we're getting butI was glad. My server's name was Michael and he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, informative, patient and accommodatedour every need. He told funny stories that made us laugh and never made us feel bad for asking for additional sauce, or extrabread. More server's should be like Michael and have his hospitality towards people. I am a server myself so I totallyunderstand the importance of hospitality! I also believe that it's something you're born with and it's not able to be taught.Thank you Michael for a lovely afternoon off and being treated like a princess while at your table for our lunch! Red Lobster is Red Lobster! Our server Zoe was delightful. She had good humor and was very efficient. We had battered shrimp and... lobster tail. They we're quite generous with the quantity of the shrimp but skimpy on the tail and the lobster was salty soggy.The shrimp was okay. RL needs to upgrade the quality of their food. It has been almost 3years since a visit to Red Lobster...today, I was persuaded to order takeout for a friend and I. I... specifically asked to be as light on oil and butter and the directions were well followed . Not usually a fan of this big seafood franchise restaurant, but have been to this location twice so far and each time they did... not disappoint. The staffs there are always friendly, eager to provide a top notch service. On our last visit, we ordered theLobster Lover's Dream (a roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail and lobster-and-shrimp linguini in acreamy lobster sauce), and the Seafarer's Feast (a broiled Maine lobster tail, grilled sea scallops, garlic shrimp and Walt’sFavorite Shrimp). Between them, they are more than enough sampling of perfectly seasoned seafood varieties for your tastebuds.And let's not forget their infamous Cheddar Biscuits! The melt in your mouth, baked cheesy awesomeness. However, the rocklobster tail had a stringy texture and was very chewy. We were told by our waitress that it is simply the characteristic of therock lobster, and promptly replaced it with the more tender Maine lobster tail. A truly wonderful dining experience. Greetings world am still on a birthday high/spirtual high from yesterday it was my birthday 2/19 so I arrived at 6pm it was... packed and people were waiting to be seated so the shift manager Matthew came politely and introduced himself and asked if myparty wanted to look at a menue while we wait I said sure its my birthday so can you please give me the best waitress he assuredme that his entire staff goes above and beyond and our waitress LAURA B did just that we were seated at table 22 and uponseating she gave us these cards she was very attentive everything from her hospitality to the freshness of the food was great. This red lobster is pretty good. They seem to be short staffed like the rest of the world but they are doin ok. Red lobster is... expensive! Dang I didn't realize it would be that much but the food WAS amazing. I would go again but maybe for a specialoccasion. Our waiter was very kind and compassionate. No complaints.
