Pulled in waited 15 minutes for the car that just pulled in to get service first. While walking my grandson to the bathroom... noticed 3 of the 5 cars parked did not have anyone inside of them so I am assuming workers parked in those spots to make it seembusy. If I could give a negative score, then I would. Unfortunately, the women that were working at this establishment, 10/07/22... 3:00pm est, were not there to work. We and others waited to be attended, but no one ever answered over the intercom. We waitedfor over ten minutes and even tried other menus to give the benefit of the doubt for faulty equipment. We definitely will not bereturning to this deplorable establishment. I hope their texts went through okay since they were very involved in their phones. Read more
Ordered and iced tea and an ice cream. Now I know everywhere is short staffed but there?s nothing to cook! 26 minutes later I... pressed the button two times and the staff refused to communicate. Two members outside sitting down doing nothing. This is theworst Sonic in Palm Beach county. The machine to pay on the sign was completely missing! I drove away!! This place is awful. We ordered on the app. It took over thirty minutes to get a cheeseburger, fry, and mozzarella sticks with three drinks. The... burger was made incorrectly so we had to take it back and ask for it to be made correctly. We?ve been waiting 25 minutes andstill haven?t gotten the cheeseburger. There?s about five employees just standing around inside talking while it looks like twomaybe three people are actually working. We stopped here for a quick bite and ended up staying longer than what it would take ata sit down restaurant. *Update: we got tired of waiting so my husband went up to the door and asked for his cheeseburger andthey had it bagged just sitting in there?so after all that he still couldn?t even eat a hot burger! This food is a disgrace to fast food. Just look at my food! Look at it!!! Those fries did not have one, not one taken out of it... before this photo. That's the chicken sandwich. In the era of touch free covid rules... the customer accessible card machine is blocked by Sonic, consequently Sonic employees... "have to" take away your credit card out of your sight and refuse to let you see what they do with it, you "have to" stayoutside. All that for very greasy smelly food. The worst customer service anywhere and they always get your order wrong, not once have I been there when my order has been... correct and I get attitude on the phone especially from the manager on duty named Melanie who couldn?t have been more rude. badservice comes from bad management. Keith however who is another one of the managers was very friendly the first time I spoke tohim so I have nothing bad to say about him by the customer service and the accuracy of orders is horrendous The bread on thepictures included is supposed to be toasted does that look toasted to anyone in the world?
