Okay, so keep in mind?I don?t really eat Subway to begin with but my friend brought home a sandwich that was so good, i wanted... to order my own. So i ordered from the closest Subway near my job, (which happened to be this one) and used their mobile app(for the first time) to order my food. So I ordered and left my job to pick up, and sat in my car until I received anotification that my food was ready. When I entered the location there was a line out the door (which i wasn?t complaining,every where is short staffed) But i noticed they had an area that said ?Pickup? I walked over, and there was a lady finishing upin front of me so I stood there and waited. I was going to wait for the lady to finish to tell the women upfront i wad pickingup. But then all of a sudden this lady making the sandwich says ?are you picking up? and of course i told her yes ? and shethrows up her hands and said ?well obviously its not ready yet.? as she closing the oven door. (which i assumed was my sandwichshe was making) so i said no worries and just stood there. The lady upfront was super nice and told me i could have a seat. So isat down and at this time the line has one gentleman and he is ordering 3 sandwiches. The rude employee at that moment startsmaking my sandwich and the man takes notice and says ?you can start working on her tiny one, i know i have a big order? He looksat me and smiles. The rude employee proceeds to says ?no she can wait? and at this moment i?ve been here always 30 mins of myhour long break, and the guy just turns around and says he?s sorry. The employee then goes and says ?here? as she basicallyslides it across the counter . This is why I just don?t eat food from subway. Terrible customer service!!! Always. Never againwill i be coming here. Complete waste of time, money and energy. Read more

THEY DONT TAKE COMPANY COUPONS, WHICH ISNT RIGHT AT ALL... I USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE TILL THEY LITERALLY REFUSED MY COUPON, BUT... THEY ACCEPTED IT THE WEEK BEFORE... I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AS THEM PICKING AND CHOOSING WHEN N WHEN THEY DO AND DONTACCEPT COUPONS.... Read more

This Subway is HORRIBLE! This is ONLY the second time I?ve visited this location and both encounters were less than! Stepping... into this location I?ve felt unwelcomed all while both female employees were doing nothing. I walked in and said HELLO loud andclear. I received no greeting, no response, no type of engagement but an eye roll from the African employee that was justplaying on the register screen and the Caucasian employee sitting on a chair unwrapping who knows. I was glad to leave andcommute to the Subway located in Walmart down the street. I will not be revisiting this location ever again! All around nastyattitudes. Read more

Find another Subway to Eat at! When I walked in, I heard an employee say, as she walked away..."make her sandwich, I just made... someone else's!" The sandwich is dry! They are very stingy with the veggies and condiments...even after you requestadditional. Like $9 for seasoned bread! Read more

Worst service ever. Canetra gave us horrible service. We walked into a receiving a glare. My son asked for no pepperoni and... she gave him such attitude and rolled her eyes. My wife was so uncomfortable she didn?t want to order. I asked Canetra to stopgiving us an attitude and she started yelling me and blame it on us.
