Didn't even get to the eating part. I did not get to spend any money here and thank goodness! The drive-through woman was the... rudest, nastiest staff I've ever come across-- anywhere! I was trying to order 2 Chalupas supreme with beef. And she snapped,sayin what?, what do you mean supreme beef? So I repeated myself again. And she shouted the exact same thing back. 7/3 @ approximately 8 p.m. Drive-thru person was extremely RUDE! I asked if everything was in the bag; she nodded her head &... without saying a word, closed the window. I got home to find out that 2 items from order were missing. I returned to thislocation, drove up to the same clerk, explained that 2 items were missing, she NEVER empathized. I informed her how she made mefeel; and it would be nice if she could acknowledge me and she closed the window in my face AGAIN! I immediately parked mypark, went inside; spoke to a manager. Explained the situation to the manager. After I informed the manager of the scenario &that no one has yet to empathize with me, she then apologized and said she would to speak to the drive-thru cashier. Closed at 2am, not 5am. Even though lights were on and 3 cars were in the parking lot, no one ever came to the drive thru. ... After waiting 10 minutes, I went to McDonald's. While leaving McDonald's I noticed some employees walking around inside. Someguy who didn't have on a Taco Bell shirt walked out the front door. If you are going to close early, you could at least put asign up instead of misleading people into thinking you are open. Read more
I?m not one to post reviews. Especially if it?s just a small mistake made by the cashiers or something. But this really... disgusted me. As a Covid long-hauler, I am unable to eat red meat. I ordered a black bean burrito through Grubhub just toreceive one that looks nothing like it?s supposed to with tiny chunks of steak hidden here and there. I noticed the bad tasteafter biting into a piece of the hidden steak. After a year of not consuming meat, I feel ill and disgusted that I ate this.Please do better. Read more
Not crowded, great service, food was exactly how we ordered it. Friendly & safe staff, wearing masks & gloves. Delicious food.... My favorite TACO SPOT! Get the GRANDE NACHOS BOX, you'll have to split it with someone, or eat in 2 sittings. It's HUGE! Read more
One of the best taco bells. Clean inside. Few spots of parking available, right next door to McD. The staff is very friendly.... Provided quick and excellent service. The food tasted very fresh, delicious and warm. Definitely recommend this location. A+ Read more
THE WORST!!! I ALWAYS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE IF THE CASHIER IS A GIRL NAME CAMILLA. Every time my boyfriend and I come she... has a horrible attitude. She rushes you at the intercom then if you want to change your order she gets an attitude. Drive -thru was the worst part they over charged my order and was rude over the phone. Warning ?? Please Do not order anything... here these people are a RIP OFF!! A few staff members including managers overnight is horrible . I will NEVER come here AGAIN. Read more
