Came here to leave a detailed one star review but you guys did it for me. I?m gonna do it anyways. Place is impressively... terrible. They really did me dirty tonight missing ingredients 75% rice in 50% of the size a burrito should?ve been. Steak wasso bad. It?s unreal. I really mean impressive. You have to try to be this awful. And it?s everything - the supply (or lack) ofingredients, the terrible portions, the spontaneous hours, the (I?m sorry I always stick up for fellow service workers but no)incompetent employees, the only online ordering, the off recipes - the list goes on. I?ve sworn time and time again I?m nevercoming back to this location but sometimes you just need a chipotle burrito. Always a poor choice. I love Chipotle but this is the worst chiptole Ive ever been to. They?re out of everything, bad portions and it?s dirty. Their... chicken and steak tastes nothing like any other Chiptole that you would normally taste. Also found some surprises in my queso. Read more
Ordered online. Not only did they not have it ready by the promised time, they had to spend several minutes looking it up in the... register. Then the employee who was told to make it decided to instead help the young woman who had just come in, flirting withher while I stood there waiting. After someone else then made my order, they handed it to me without my chips, not evenmentioning them until I asked. Apparently they're out and it's "too hard" to update the online ordering to show that. I wouldn'thave ordered what I did if I'd known there were no chips. They offered to take down my name and number to get me a refund, andgave me a free soda for my trouble, which was nice (though they didn't have a bottle opener for it in the store!?). I leftrelatively happy, but then got checked into my hotel for the night and opened my food only to find nothing but chicken andcheese. No rice, no salsa, no sour cream, nothing else I'd ordered. If the store is out of those things, at least tell yourcustomers! Also, this was 50 minutes before closing and employees had already put chairs up on tables, etc. Read more
I try to give food service workers the benefit of the doubt when things aren?t exceptional, but this Chipotle has a clear... pattern of sub-par service and a clear absence of leadership from management. The portions we?ve received each time we?ve eatenhere have been wimpy at best; I paid $10 for the half-full bowl in the photos attached. The staff couldn?t be bothered to helpthe line that was flowing out of the door and were more interested in doing prep work while the toppings on the bar werefull. I hate that this is the only Chipotle in town because it?s regularly disappointing. Avoid going at all costs. Read more
Terrible service!!! This started out as an UBER eats order (pic) where the bowl was only half full and several ordered... ingredients were missing. We drove to the location that we ordered from. When we showed the lady on the line our issue, shelaughed and proceeded to blame it on a ?rush they had that required the cooks to fulfill orders? after asking for our totalorder to be remade, several of the men working there were asking me why I didn?t just eat my bowl, I told them I wasn?t going toeat while my girlfriend?s order was wrong. They mockingly suggested to me that?s what they would have done. Our food wasterribly remade with nothing but attitude from the staff, even the employees in the back were giving us a hard time about ourissue/presence.. I highly discourage anyone from going to this location. Chipotle is a great establishment but this locationneeds some serious reconfiguration. I am from AZ and have experienced a regular on time not lazy staff which should be expected at a fast casual restaurant. This is... the worst establishment I have been to in Montana. I tried ordering chipotle on 3 separate occasions all times saying theydidn?t offer it at this time when google stated they were open. I have tried visiting the establishment twice when they saidthey were opened at 10:30 then get faced with a piece of paper saying they will open at 3 not on a holiday? I am convincedmanagement is run by a child or is a drunk who decides to open when he?s not hungover. This is more of a food truck that has a20% chance of being open than a restaurant. I recommend going to nearby establishment like Panda Express that has always been mybackup when chipotle constantly lets me down. Read more
Attention parents with little ones in diapers!! This is not the place to stop in for lunch and expect the ability to change a... diaper. The restrooms do not have any diaper changing stations. Other than this inconvenience, the dining area tables were adisaster and needed to be wiped down. It was a mess. I?m hoping it?s not always like this. Owners: there?s plenty of wall spaceto add a diaper changing station. Please make it happen. Read more
