Went here yesterday and waited 30 min for a burrito got my kids tacos relatively fast and they looked good. Burrito was just... meat and beans and was bland. Disappointed as I?ve had very good luck in the past with taco trucks. I would skip this one. Read more

I am super impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food at this quaint Mexican joint. The Birria tacos are the best... I've had outside of San Diego and Mexico, which is very high praise. We pass through Bozeman a few times a year and always stop to eat at various taco trucks. Nothing has ever been extraordinary... enough to warrant leaving a review. These tacos are the best. Very authentic, the salsa is delicious. They are attentive enoughto brine their onion in lime (a staple in Mexican cuisine you rarely find at taco trucks) and take your order with humblenessand respect. The gentleman was apologetic for making us wait a little whereas we have waited over forty minutes at other tacobuses without the courtesy of an apology. All in all, I am very pleased?we all were.
