Went here yesterday and waited 30 min for a burrito got my kids tacos relatively fast and they looked good. Burrito was just... meat and beans and was bland. Disappointed as I?ve had very good luck in the past with taco trucks. I would skip this one. Read more
My boyfriend and I love this bus! Food is delicious and even when we show up a little after closing time, they are always happy... to throw us together a plate of whatever they have left! It's always soo good and hits the spot! Two thumbs up guys!! Read more
I am super impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food at this quaint Mexican joint. The Birria tacos are the best... I've had outside of San Diego and Mexico, which is very high praise. I never expected such great Mexican food in Montana of allplaces. I'll be sure to keep this place in mind next time I happen to be in Bozeman. Read more
We pass through Bozeman a few times a year and always stop to eat at various taco trucks. Nothing has ever been extraordinary... enough to warrant leaving a review. These tacos are the best. Very authentic, the salsa is delicious. They are attentive enoughto brine their onion in lime (a staple in Mexican cuisine you rarely find at taco trucks) and take your order with humblenessand respect. The gentleman was apologetic for making us wait a little whereas we have waited over forty minutes at other tacobuses without the courtesy of an apology. All in all, I am very pleased?we all were. The chile relleno and enchilada plate with verde sauce was SO delicious! Probably the best relleno I've ever had ~ and enough... for two meals! (I started eating it b4 taking this pic.) The chef is very personable and friendly, too! Read more

Really good food! I?m here for a month from San Diego and when I was here last for a couple months in 2013 there was no good... Mexican food that I could find. These folks have been here for a couple of months and the food is legit. I ordered theenchiladas number 50 and it wasn?t a huge portion but it was delicious and their red salsa is very good and I?m very picky aboutthat. The green salsa is kind of like a creamy avocado tomatillo style salsa. If you grew up in Montana you need to come here tosee what real Mexican food taste like ???? Read more
Yum! I enjoyed the taco sampler, asada (grilled steak), pastor (roasted pork) and carnitas (seared pork pieces). Authenic... flavors, nice portions, generously dressed with fresh toppings, choice of tasty salsas. Excited to have them in Bozeman, willremain a regular treat! Read more
