I stopped into the drive-through at KFC ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and... gravy II ended up with 3 containers of mashed potatoes one container of gravy no macaroni and cheese no forks No butter orhoney for the biscuits .no nothing I won't be going there again. We drove in from Belgrade to get 2 of your macaroni & cheese with chicken - one spicy, one regular that is advertised on tv. ... BIG MISTAKE!! The spicy was absolutely so greasy, it was inedible. I soaked up 5 napkins & it was still so greasy, I couldn?teven begin to eat it!! Plus, it?s suppose to be $5.00 for each bowl & they charged us $5.49. Very nasty - very disappointed!! Read more

It's such an embarrassing experience. I love KFC, but this was uncalled for. Please beware of KFC workers. I ordered 12pcs... Nashville Hot wings, and the "smart" worker intentionally packaged 9 pieces for me. If that was a mistake, I will understand, Igave her $11 cash, did like I didn't know how much was there, she recorded $10, and deducted the remaining from my card. Ifthese continue on almost all buyers, the worker(s) made "more profit" deceiving customers. Pls beware of Bozeman KFC workers. Ican share the receipt as needed. Check your package before leaving. I didn't go inside. However, the guy at the window was exceptionally nice. I didn't realize they were closing so early and I got... there about 10 minutes before, but still, the guy at the window was just great. The chicken was great. The coleslaw is usuallyvery good but this time it was just a tad sour tasting, probably just from sitting all day. The chicken was super tender andgood. Read more
Extremely bad experience today, just because the lady at drive through wasn?t in the mood, my order was 15$ with dip-ables... like the new cheese curds and chilli cheese fries etc? when i pay my order usually they ask if i need any sauce since i orderedfood that obviously use dips not just a sandwich, However the lady at drive-thru decided that I have to pay just because i askedfor 2 sauces after paying 15$ , she also had an attitude because i asked her multiple times and told her that I usually get themfor free which is true since I ordered cheese curds and fries but she claimed that only if I order tenders i can get the 2sauces for free which never happened before!! she kept declining and asked me to pay or just get ketchup!!, such cheap attitudeand must change the employee otherwise you?ll keep losing customers, sadly I won?t be returning there, Other drive-thru?s aremuch better and won?t ask 1$ for 2 small sauces, literally have some respect for the customer, charging 1$ for 2 sauces is socheap when I already ordered alot and come there almost everyday.
