I had the chance to meet Jamie, a newer manager-in-training yesterday. As soon as my young son and I placed our order at the... kiosk, she asked if we had ordered drinks. We had and she offered to give us our cups while we waited for our food order to beprepared. She was friendly, welcoming and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. I also noticed Jamie was cleaning tables inbetween customer orders. She even went so far as to clean the bottoms of the tables and the table stands with a sponge andbucket of water. One could tell that Jamie was genuinely glad to be a part of the team and she wanted to make sure everycustomer was satisfied with their experience. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a fast-foodrestaurant. Please do whatever it takes to ensure Jamie stays a part of your team. She will keep customers coming back.
