I ordered an iced coffee and the staff was clearly upset they had to make one. I waited at the window for twenty minutes and... they handed me a hot ?iced? coffee in the iced coffee container which then spilled everywhere. Was not offered a refund or anapology and the employee told me there was nothing they could do. Read more

Wow!! The guy at the window asked me to hold on to take my order. 30 minutes later there are 8 more cars behind me. Still no... order. You can't get out of the drive thru. lol never again Read more

I had the chance to meet Jamie, a newer manager-in-training yesterday. As soon as my young son and I placed our order at the... kiosk, she asked if we had ordered drinks. We had and she offered to give us our cups while we waited for our food order to beprepared. She was friendly, welcoming and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. I also noticed Jamie was cleaning tables inbetween customer orders. She even went so far as to clean the bottoms of the tables and the table stands with a sponge andbucket of water. One could tell that Jamie was genuinely glad to be a part of the team and she wanted to make sure everycustomer was satisfied with their experience. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a fast-foodrestaurant. Please do whatever it takes to ensure Jamie stays a part of your team. She will keep customers coming back. The two girls working at the window today at 5:10 were HORRIBLE. I worked at Taco Bell for a long time and never had such... terrible costumer service. I?d suggest having them work the line since they obviously can?t handle costumer service. Read more

Just went through the drive through. Right as I stop to order the girl says "what do you want" and very rude with clear attitude... in her voice when I didn't know what I wanted right away. When I get to the window to pay the other girl was nice until I askedfor some sauce after she gave me my food (which they didn't ask me if I wanted any) and she huffed and rolled her eyes, gave itto me and turned away. Definitely the rudest customer service I've had in a while. Very disappointing that it came from both ofthe drive thru workers. This T bell is more convenient but I'll be going to the one across town from now on. Get it together. Read more

Sadly had one of the worst meals from a fast food restaurant I've ever had. Ordered a burrito supreme and it was barely a... burrito. Both the chicken quesadillas we ordered weren't cut. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra meat, and no extrameat. For $26 we should have just gone to a local Mexican restaurant. Read more
