This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants around. The tables were sticky and covered in food and the rest of the restaurant... was dirty as well. The drinks were disgustingly warm and the ice machine was not working. (Drive through drinks machine wasworking fine) The staff were aware that the machine was broken but continued to let people use it. The food was also cold andthe staff were rude when asked to clean a table. Overall would not recommend coming to this restaurant until something changes. Read more

Worst experience ever. Food was cold. Hotdog was burnt and the bun was so stale you couldn't chew it. Staff barely spoke... English. I won't be back. Sad that Muskoka has gone so down hill. Even worse to see a chain establishment such as this give suchbad service and terrible food Read more

3rd Review - 2022-08-15 This location continues to under perform. Try to patronize but they really make it difficult. Stood... in front of cashier for nearly 5 minutes today. It?s amazing that apparently ownership responds religiously to these Google reviews but obviously doesn?t do anything in... response. Also quite amazing that Harvey?s corporate doesn?t seem to be concerned in any fashion about the shabby reviews onthis location either. Food was surprisingly decent and staff was clueless but at least courteous, but the cleanliness of thisplace was completely disturbing.
