We ordered for delivery. The pizza was ice cold but raw. We ordered the 8 slice but received the 6 slice. We were charged 6... dollars for delivery but the pizza was not even held in a bag to keep it warm. Over 45 dollars for what ended up being a oneperson sized pizza that was undercooked and needed to be microwaved. Read more

This place is a hidden gem. We ordered from Knead Pizza Co. for the first time yesterday. It certainly won't be our last. We... have nothing but great things to say about the high quality product and customer service. The online ordering system was simpleand convenient. As a family who truly appreciates the use of quality ingredients, the cost was very fair for the quality. Ihighly recommend ordering if you're looking for a well made gourmet pizza. The most expensive below average pizza I have ever had. We called in 3 medium pizzas for pickup on our way to the cottage. They... told us when it would be ready, and when we arrived on time and they had not even started making the second and third pizza. Wewere the only ones in line and there were no orders ahead of in us to cause a delay. So we had to wait an additional 20 minutesafter the quoted time. Not ideal when you have dogs and kids in the car. I went to pay the bill and it came to $90 for 3 mediumpizzas! I could not believe it was that much! If I knew before hand I would have never stopped here. I was on the road anddidn't have the ability to check a menu, so that's on me, but they didn't quote me a price on the phone, just hung up after Iplaced the order. I am sorry, but there is no pizza shop anywhere close to here that should be charging $30 a pizza. Especiallywhen there is nothing special to it. It's not wood fired, it's not a nice sourdough crust, and the toppings options was nothingspecial. I rate this pizza well below many local chain restaurants who have $5 walk out specials. It tasted like a store boughtdough pushed through an easy bake oven. Save yourself the disappointment and a few bucks and go elsewhere. Bill's Pizza acrossthe street is far better and a few bucks cheaper. And if you want wood fired, The Oven is far better, and also cheaper. Read more

16 in pizza we ordered was maybe 11 in. Very thick dough. It was more like pizza bread. Not good value for the... cost. Update**** the owner Olivia, got in touch with us and baked us some replacement pizzas. The pizzas were the proper sizeand they were beautiful. Crust is thick and moist and the sauce was delicious. This will be a great small business to support inour community. Olivia is a kind and caring business owner who cares about customer satisfaction.. Read more

traveling up the Manitoba st down a little ally beside the Thirsty Judge is the best known secret pizza place in town. it may be... a small location though it has big flavor. waiting a few short minutes and the help of a very nice woman who was kind to set atable with an umbrella and napkins we began to enjoy and love our meal. what I thought was just going to be a simplemedium-sized pepperoni pizza was jammed packed with flavors, lightly salted crust with olive oil and a tammato sauce wasawesome. I can't wait to to go back and get more. if my family and friends are lucky they may have a slice when I get back lol. Read more

I went to the Bracebridge location and ordered a half cheese half veggie pizza to enjoy in the park adjacent to the store. Staff... were friendly and helpful. However, it was very expensive (over $30 for 8 small slices) which I don?t mind paying when it?sfresh and good however, it was quite possibly the most flavourless awful pizza I?ve ever tasted. It is very light on thetoppings. Plus, the poor staff was scraping (more like hacking) it off of the *metal tray to get it into a box. So unfortunatelywith all of the pizza places in Bracebridge, this one I would pass on. *edited for typo, interesting you thought that was themost relevant part of the review. *you should have checked your DMs before your insanity fully set in and you thought thatresponse was in any way appropriate. You didn?t answer my private message. *do better. With both the pizza and emotionregulation. Read more
