Once I removed the excess butter from my slightly warm toasted bagel it tasted ok.
Worst experience..!!! Drive thru waiting time 25 mints..!!! After that I just order a chai tea 2 milk 4 sugar and extra tea bag... never got extra bag and also no sugar in my tea..!!!! I don?t what ur staff doing it ..!!!! It taste like hot water..!! I camehere every single day but from the last 3 weeks I had issues coming up with order..!!! Kindly fixed that issue.!!! Read more
EDIT: Green tomatoes on a bagel that was missing the bacon I ordered, and paid for, and a boston cream donut without any... chocolate because they tossed into a bag and not a container. Nobody orders a donut in a bag lined with chocolate,right!? With the complete order sitting on the ledge of the drive-thru window, the employee finished the debit payment with us,then left to carry out other tasks without completing our transaction. No wonder this drive-thru is always long :( Plan for a15 minute wait at this location's drive-thru. If they put as much care and effort into their food and services as they do forthe profits for the owner, this location wouldn't have a 3.6 rating on Google Reviews. Read more
Slow and didn't get my order right. Asked for a large coffee. Gave me a extra large. Will not go back to that Tim's. Two star's... wasn't worth the three stars. Read more
This morning I sat in line at the Tim's for a full 16 minutes. When I finally got to the window I was asked what I had ordered.... I told them and they looked around and said "we don't have your order". At the order station I gave them my order, theyrepeated it back to me. So why, when I finally got to the window did they not have my coffee made and when I told them that Ithought that was ridiculous given the time I had been waiting. The server stood there with my Tim's card in her hand sayingnothing and acting like I had three heads. I asked if someone was making my coffee because was already late, again, juststaring into space. Yes, I yelled at the situation. I was then told that I should leave and that they were not going to sellme a coffee. What a joke that place has become. I used to go every morning for years but now, there is not point. The serviceis terrible and the staff appear to have ZERO idea what they are doing. Order was made quickly and accurately. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the new seasonal "Black Forest"... doughnut, or my all time favourite Canadian maple, but at least the Iced Capp machine was working. Read more
3.5 stars This location is recently renovated and has a huge parking lot and right behind the Esso/ Circle K. There is a huge... lot with convenient entrance/ exits. The staff here are very friendly and do try their best to provide you what you want. Theonly negative is the entrance/ exit with sit down service can get quite congested. There needs to be better placement of handsanitizer dispenser along with notices for social distancing Read more
