I came in because the advertisement said New York style pizza... I was very happy to see this style pizza and the fact that it... taste absolutely fabulous all the way down to the last crumb on the edge of the pizza. I liked it so much I actually came back asecond night which I rarely do for any restaurant much less Pizza... The first night which I took pictures was meat lovers andcheese pizza.... And I believe I actually liked the cheese pizza better. Tonight I came back and got a specialty pizza which hadcherry tomato halves white sauce some greens, chicken and I really really liked it so much that I got two pieces. Sorry I didn'ttake any pictures tonight. I also got a dessert called espresso tiramisi... So I doubt I'll be back at this location this weekbut I am sure in the future I will return when I am in brackettville Texas. By the way the business is for sale so hopefullysomeone buys it and doesn't change the recipe. Read more
Great find in a small town! The pizza was really good, and they have a salad bar option as well.

Good pizza, good, fast service and nice, friendly staff. Will definitely eat here again. The building seems a little strange at... first, connected to a car wash that has been partially converted to outdoor seating and access to their drive thru, but stillhas seemingly one working car wash stall (?), but this just adds to the small town charm of the place, and you should definitelymake plans to stop here on your drive. My girlfriend and I visit this restaurant regularly after church on Sundays. The pizza is thin crust style with tasty toppings.... Yummy :) Extensive salad bar that always pleases my better half. The only knock on this location is the limited parking andlimited indoor seating. The nice side of this coin is that their business is thriving and demand is high, but it is sometimestough to find a decent parking spot or a table to sit down inside. Overall, the staff is quite nice and courteous. Very nicefolks. What a nice treat to have a quality restaurant like The Pizza Outpost in such a small town :) Read more
Exactly what I'm used to growing up in Jersey, good pizza by the slice! While waiting I saw some of the soups and garlic knots... that just come out of the kitchen, they looked so good! But I came for beer and pizza and I'm super happy I stopped in! Read more

If you're looking for something different then the hut or domino's...this is definitely the place to be...perfect slice pie and... the combo for less 5 bucks...is not bad... Dallas said all it takes is 4 min for the pie to be perfect and bam... it was a darngood pie... come to the outpost.... they got yours waiting for you... Read more
