They were not busy, Chicken on sandwich rubbery and overcooked, curly fries overcooked and was hard. Threw most of it away. I... ended up with a bun,, lettuce, mater, and a piece of bacon. Ok so we went there yesterday we went in to eat and the kid looked like he didn't know where he was at. So we went to the drive... thru. We ordered half a pound roast beef sandwich in the new Diablo chicken meal and the diablo chicken sandwich and friesdidn't have the sauce on it. It was not spicy. First we waited like 10 mins for our food and it was wrong. And the fries was notcrispy. We was excited about trying the spicy sandwich and they made it wrong and messed up the whole experience for us. Read more
I tried the new barbecue sandwich. It was OK, but I won't order another one. I am from the south and probably toooo critical... about barbecue. The meat was tender and plenty of it. It had melted cheese on it. Not on a typical barbecue. The bun wasgood. The barbecue sauce was ok and thick. If you weren't raised eating barbecue it is a very good sandwich and represents awelcome change of pace. Arby's has always produced a quality product that is consistent and I eat other items from their menuand enjoy them. Read more

I ordered the new $8 wagyu burger which was over cooked and then SLATHERED in their special sauce. The crinkle fries I got were... old, & obviously given to me by ppl who thought they'd never see me again, as 3 diff fried objects were mixed in with the fries.Thanks to them, I actually won't be back! Good sandwiches. Fast food 100%, the attention is ordered at the counter as is expected of this type of places and the service... is relatively fast. The food is rich if you take into account that it is a chain, in that sense it comes out a bit out of theordinary for hamburgers, but I think there are better places for meat.
