Went there for the second time... Justin the counter guy had no greeting, just stood there looking at me. Again, food was not... even warm- this was at 11:05 am... should be fresh food at this time. Management at this location needs to read reviews andcorrect this place. The 1st street Bradenton location is much better with food and service quality! Food was barely warm, sodamix was way off, no napkins or condiments we requested... not a great first experience with this location. Read more

I guess the cashier thought I had left so they did not worry about making our order I walked out to my vehicle to put my purse... away and was sitting down still waiting and looking at front area and I'm sure if they were paying attention they would seen Iwas in there almost 30 minutes before I went up and said is this our food and he's like I thought u left got home and it was noteven our order so maybe that person left who knows but kinda disappointed that not a store closer I work and do door Dash endedup closing my work day so could get some hot food and was not really even warm we live about 25 minutes away from this store soI get it a longer drive that normal but know what you are handing customers to see if even the right order Read more

I've been here 4 times in drive thru I won't be back. Once you get to the speaker they take forever to answer or you have to ask... a few times if anyone is there. One woman that was taking my order was definitely on something, it was maybe a month or twoafter they opened that location. I asked for a #5 classic with a coke zero, curly fries no sauces. Yet she asks me 2 times whatI wanted to drink because she forgot. What kind of sauce I wanted and type of fries. After sitting there for minutes askingagain if anyone was there, she didn't give me a total and at the window she was giving me the wrong order (only one car behindme). I get the same meal everytime because I'm basic and yet they still mess up one way or another. I went to the drive thru, and nobody said anything. I pulled to the window, and nobody was there. I went inside and had to say... my order 4x. Then I sat and waited for 10 to 15 minutes. After walking back to the counter I was asked what I was waiting for. I said my food. Finally got it 5 minutes later. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other and cleaning an hourand a half before closing than making food for customers. Read more

This seems like a great location and are glad they are here! The drive-through went faster than most these days. Unfortunately,... between two meals, there were three things either wrong or missing in our bag and we ended up getting charged for more than weordered. If we had had time, we definitely would have gone back to get it corrected. But the food was great, as good as Iremember Arby's being when I was younger! Read more

Everytime I go there and order the curly fries , you get the crumbs that are over done and cold, my chicken bacon Swiss was... very sub par if not worse, only thing was good was the mot. Sticks that was made to order probably, thought this place hadpotential but won't be back at all, good luck! Sorry for negative review but others take pride in serving good food, thiswasn't! I have ordered from this location three times now. The last order was about a month ago so im just getting around to writing... this review now. I have provided the public with many Google reviews in the past and I made sure that I didn't forget to writethis one. I drive by this location on my home every day which is a constant reminder. My experiences have been once during lunchand twice at night. I will say that the lunch crew did a great job. The reason I'm giving one star is not their fault. Theexperiences I've had with the night crew have been terrible which means both times I've ordered dinner it has been worse thanbad. Both times I have gone there at night, most of the individuals I've witnessed working there are immature and could careless about their jobs. When I arrived the first time, I submitted my order for takeout. As I waited, I watched one of the youngcooks turn, look at me, whisper into the young cashiers ear, the cashier then looked at me, laughed, and bagged up my food. Atthe same time they were making my food, two of the other young workers were throwing cups at eachother and running around as ifthey were 6 years old and at a playground. When I received my order, I made the unfortunate mistake of not checking it. I gothome and it was completely wrong. I told myself that I was never going back but against my better judgment I did. The secondtime I went there I ordered takeout again. This time three of the young male workers were talking about how big their genitalsare with their female coworkers standing right there listening. I can't make this up. This is obviously some type of workplacesexual misconduct or harassment. Not to mention that I was standing right in front of them waiting for my food. Would give negative starts if I could. Very unorganized!! First off they forgot about the lady in front of me that they parked... and the window person had to remind them. I ordered 5 beef and cheddars with 4 of the 5 no sauce. Well I got only 4 sandwicheswith double sauce????? No cheese. And all of the sandwiches were cold. You want to raise prices because of inflation ok butyou need to do better if you are going to charge more. I will never go to this Arby?s again. Read more
