As regular costumers, we were highly dissatisfied with our experience. We were sat under an AC vent that continuously dripped... water on my mother and baby. My food came out with no fries, and the fries were then added on and charged as a side. My motherordered the bacon cheese chicken only to find a long strand of hair in her food. After waiting 25 minutes to be brought out anew one to go (with 6 tables sat in the entire restaurant) she was brought chicken with no sides. We waited 10 minutes for herrice and broccoli, and notified the manager that were still waiting. After waiting another 5 minutes, we left without the sides.The manager did not offer to comp or correct any part of our bill. As a manager in the service industry, I was very disappointedin the management at this restaurant. I will not be returning to this location. I will also note that a few of my customers weresat near us, and they too expressed dissatisfaction in their experience as well, to which they noted they will not be returningeither. Read more
Chicken in the chicken salad did not taste good, loaded nachos had minimal cheese and the beef was dry. After eating we both... didn't feel well. I called the manager, upon returning home he said he would let the kitchen know. I'm a long time customer ofBeef O Brady's being that I'm from Brandon the original founding restaurant. I will never go to the Cortez Beef O Brady's again.They should consider themselves lucky I gave them 2 Stars. Read more
Only reason it's not a 1 is because of past experiences here. I keep giving this place chance after chance after chance... Today... was the last one. 3 tables in dining room and a couple bar guests... We didn't receive any service for almost 15 minutes. Not abasic greet to say they'll be right back, or even an acknowledgement we were there. One of the tables was a booth right behindus and the waitress had been there rwice....Had several staff members walking around (besides the hostess) that didn't even lookour way one time. The food is pretty good, bartender was very attentive, they started a 2 for $25 dinner menu but would have liked more options.... Overall we like this place but only go a few times a year. Read more
Kitchen staff is garbage and they make it clear they don't care about work ethic, customers, service or the quality of entrées... they make. I remember back when this place was top notch. Gabriella(?) did a nice job, very attentive. Bar was a bit slow getting our draft beers ready. Food was good although the plates... lacked a nice presentation-needed a garnish or something, plates were served with sandwich and small portion of fries. Veryplain looking. Read more
We had an awesome experience ! Even with my 1 year old granddaughter everything was so smooth and PERFECT! ! Greeted at the... door by the smiling hostess, sat immediately, server was fast, friendly, attentative, we never had to ask for a thing. Shedidn't even write our orders down & EVERYTHING was perfect ! I mean perfect ????. My med rare steak was on point, my man'smedium steak was ????% exact. Banging grilled & bang-bang shrimp.
