I'm very strict with what I eat and this is the only "fast food" that I will get. The mashed potatoes are REAL, not instant like... other places that I won't name... *cough* KFC *cough*... and they don't over salt their food. After I had wisdom teeth out, Igot the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach here for a few days. I'm glad places like Boston Market still exist because otherfast food places are just gross. Read more

We were visiting from Canada and went to Boston Market in Bradenton, FL and it was fantastic! The restaurant is very clean, the... staff was friendly, the meals were delicious, and the general manager was one of the most amazing people ever! We were treatedlike family. This was the worst Boston market I have ever been too. Food was disgusting and poorly made. Service was not much better. The... chicken nuggets were not rotisserie as advertised, they were boiled and had so much salt in them that it burned both mine and mywife's mouth!! The soda machine was not calibrated correctly and the drinks were flat and atrocious. This experience wasterrible, horrible, horrid, disgusting, you name the synonyms for bad, it was here. Read more

I picked my order up curbside and the food was excellent. Had the 1/4 chicken with broccoli and rice. Everything was fresh and... the chicken was tender and juicy. Their app works great. Friendly, pleasant staff member brought order out. It is great!!! Read more
This restaurant is one of the last of its kind. I don't see this place staying open forever which makes me sad. The food is... always fresh and delicious but it tends to be on the pricey side. Generous portions, I would say "just right" for the hungrypatron. I love the wide variety of sides and how flavorful the food is. I've had hit or miss service here but the lady withshort hair, who I'm guessing is the manager/owner, always does a fantastic job. No time wasted or spent waiting. I wish theprime rib was available more often. Sometimes they run out of one of the entrees like meatloaf which can be a disappointmenttoo. I got the half rack of ribs this time and as always, it was amazing. I hope Boston Market makes a comeback, their food hasalways kept me full and coming back for more. Read more
2nd time I've driven out of my way to go here and I won't do it again. Last time asked for dark meat for whole chicken family... meal and they tried to give me 2 thighs and 2 drums, which does not equal a whole chicken. 2nd time asked for another wholechicken family meal around 730pm, didn't ask for dark meat, and they only had white meat??? BM used to be good, what happened???And when I ordered the whole chicken family meal no one said they only had white meat until they were already packing up thesides I picked. Got home after 30 min drive each way and chicken is not cooked!! Look at the pic I posted with this review!!!Corn tasted rotten and stuffing was mush. I dont even know how to describe the texture of the chicken you served me tonight, Iexpect it to be greasy but this was something on a whole new level of gross and dangerous.
