I understand staffing issues but this location really needs to get it together. We came a few weeks ago and they only had 1... server (on a weekend). Today I ordered to-go that was supposed to be ready at 12:50 and when I arrived they said they only have1 cook so myself and a bunch of other people were stuck waiting and unable to cancel since we had already paid online. We arealmost an hour past our ?ready? time now. I love BWW but will never give this location my business again, and you should bewarned unless you?re ready to wait and wait and wait? Read more
I would give this place Zero stars if I could. The hostess Tiffany was the only great thing about this experience. Server... (really the bartender) was the worst at checking on guests. Then after I leave after being there having already ordered for over40 minutes.. called the restaurant to let the manager Tom know how bad his staff was aside from the Hostess, and he then getsupset I'm berating his team and states "I won't listen to customer berate my team when we are busting out butts"... If servingbelow sub par service is busting their butts on an average Friday night at 830... Then I think this entire company needs toreevaluate what good employees are... Also the manager wouldn't be hearing customer berate his team if they actually did theirjobs and gave quality service lol. Strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Read more
Amanda our bartender/waitress was outstanding bordering on spectacular. The smashed burger was AWESOME. Crazy that a wing place... would have great burgers but it is what it is. They have an adult Mountain Dew drink that put the icing on the top for myexperience. Read more
The restaurant had ONE sever. She did a remarkable job for her part. We had late lunch, The chips & Salsa were good, came out... quickly then I had a COLD MINATURE Brisket Sandwich & my wife had a Luke Warm chicken sandwich. Both were very mediocre. We got wings and shared the order. The service was quite good. The prices are reasonable. The wings were delicious. One warning.... My son ordered their spiciest wings. My son can eat really hot food. Those were a challenge. Be sure you can handle it if youorder the hottest. ???? Not busy at all. We waited 39 minutes after seating, before our drink order was taken. However, the waitress stood and talked... with 2 tables for several minutes, as if they were her friends. The person at the drink station picked up a lemon wedge for adrink, with fingers...no tongs.. An hour after seating, pretzel bite appetizer was brought. More than an hour after seating, ourorder of a chicken strip on a bun and an over cooked grilled chicken sandwich were brought. The fries were not hot. The chickensandwich was hardly edible. The waitress spoke with manager and did not charge us. Thank goodness, because it wasn't worth themoney. I can't imagine how long it would take if there were more than a few tables to wait upon. We?ll, at least the beer was cold. We ate with a group of people. The restaurant was not busy, and for a wing place that?s... surprising I think. Anyway I ordered boneless wings original Buffalo sauce. They came dry! No sauce, and some of the hottestwings I?ve ever had. My lips were still affected four hours later. My wife never got her order. Others in our group sharedtheirs with her. Another person ordered a quasadilla with only cheese for her two boys. The server got something wrong and hadto reorder them. She brought it home for them to eat it later. Not a good experience. I understand why they weren?t busynow. Update, I just remembered something. My wings had no sauce, the tray they were served in had sauce in the waxed paper. I?mwondering if I got a used tray. Why else would dry wings be in a tray with sauce in it. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I put in an order and waited over 2 hours to get my food and the majority of... my order was wrong. They had a nice young man working at the To-Go counter, but they did not train him well as he had a hardtime working the computer to take my order. Only one server who kept stopping by to tell us it's almost done, and that one ifthe cooks quit. I say we as there was another guest who had waited 3 hours for their order. All this waiting on our food, yetthe server was able to seat 4 separate tables all of whom got their food and left WHILE WE WAITED!! So they definitely werenot worried about our to-go orders. Oh and they dumped sauce in the boxes which made them soggy and let food and sauce fall outinto the plastic bag which ripped and leaked in my vehicle. Not to mention when I finally sat down to eat, ALL of my wings werecovered in the hottest sauce, even though I ordered Classic Buffalo and Mango Habenero, they decided to add in the hottest sauceon top of that which made the food inedible. Oh and they dumped sauce in the boxes which made them soggy and let food and saucefall out into the plastic bag which ripped and leaked in my vehicle. This place should be shut down. Multiple employees toldus the management was horrible and mean. I will never go to this place again, and I might just avoid BWW all together from nowon, as they obviously don't care how their restaurants are run. Read more
