i would give this place 0 stars if I could. our order not only was wrong, but the food was cold. when I asked the manager to... correct our order, she barely responded and turned her back on me and shuffled her feet to the back. when she finally broughtthe hot food back to the counter, she didn't say a word. no apology, no sorry for the wait. the whole crew was standing aroundbarely moving like a bunch of zombies. absolutely horrible, never come here Read more

Some of the worst customer service I've witnessed. Dining in with my 3yr old son listening to employees cursing and giving... customers through the drive thru a hard time. Need to brush up on there customer service skills and watch how they speak withguests dining in, especially when there are children inside. WATCH HOW YOU SPEAK! Read more

Under new management and this is now our 3rd time trying it out since the change. With all do respect to the workers there, i... understand it can get frustrating when short staffed which at this location there were 3 people that I seen when i went insideto order. The issue i have is, no one was there waiting via the drive thru or inside. I didn't get a pleasant welcome comingin, our food was absolutely awful, the fries were cold and tasted like they were sitting there for 4 plus hours, our whoppers,same thing... Cold and the lettuce tasted bad! They are not making the food fresh and it literally took 10 minutes to get myfood (once again, no one was there customer wise). I highly recommend the higher ups - 1) staff more 2) make the environmentfun for them, give them bonuses to lift up morale 3) please, please make your food fresh! This has to change. We had such a great experience at Burger King (just off 75 on 70 close to the Walmart.) tonight. It's 10:45pm and we didn?t... expect anything would be open. But they were! Kayla was very friendly and efficient at the drive thru and made sure the orderwas hot, fresh and correct. This store (like so many) are working on a skeleton staff. I'm sure they are tired and tryingthe best they can, but when you have only a few people working, it is very hard to make things run as efficiently as when theyare fully staffed. Of the 4 times I?ve come here, they have given me vanilla iced coffee instead of mocha twice. I think they think I won?t know l,... but the vanilla is a lighter shade and gross. Also, I had to ask for straws twice. Can?t even fill out the survey on the back ofthe receipt because it asks for a code which isn?t on the receipt. Read more

Food has become very bad quality. Employees are just slapping it all together. Everyone I've delt with has had a poor attitude.... Fries are always cold. Shakes aren't blended completely. You can tell they are buying cheaper products. Read more

TERRIBLE! If i could give zero stars i would. I pulled up to the drive through window at 9:17 a guy over the speaker say ? we... will get to you in a couple minutes ? okay? I understand probably short staffed like the rest of America right now. 9:23 anothercar pulls up next to me at the other drive through window and waits. Next thing I hear a lady over the speaker asking for theother customers order. I waited another minute or two then pulled up to the drive through window to order since i was beingignored. A lady comes to the window and i explained that i waited 10 minutes without being serviced and the other customerpulling in 5 minutes after me was helped. She got extremely rude and told me I didn?t wait 10 mins so I asked for a manager. Shethen told me she was the manager so I requested her name and her regional manager. She then told me that I can look theinformation up online and to have a good night then shut the sliding glass window at the drive through. I?m furious of thecustomer service this so called ? fast food? restaurant has. no sympathy at all or asked what i would like to order.
